The shuttle service is not available even though it is advertised. The front desk lady was quite nice even though I was obviously disappointed in that information. They ask for a $150 deposit to stay, even after you’ve already paid. That deposit posted to my account - never reversed & I’ve been checked out several days. I’ll likely be filing a dispute with my credit card company. I’d recommend staying somewhere else.

Simple check in. Pretty modern room. Rate was 10/10. Only stayed overnight for an early flight but will stay there again if needed. Customer service (Maura?) was very sweet!

We live only 60 miles from hotel and just wanted to get away for the weekend without traveling far. Greensboro is one of our favorite places to visit, shop, and eat. We enjoyed a relaxing weekend in the hotel. The room was beautiful, very spacious, and comfortable. The staff was extremely welcoming and friendly! Our weekend was very enjoyable!

Hotel was very comfortable .I had a nightmare travel day and everyone hotel made me feel better flew from Australia many delays they up graded me to a nicer room .Lady at front desk when I checked out was so nice should have got her name as did her job with so much joy . I will return if I come to the airport here again to stay .

Sink faucet was very loose. Tub drain was broken. Hotel uses contracted shuttle service with a 30-45 minute wait time. I personally do not like Direct TV.

This property is very small and quiet even though it is surrounded by major roads, Interstates and airport. The staff is very friendly, professional, attentive to the needs and request of the clients.

Miss April at check-in was the sunshine of this hotel. Breakfast staff was friendly and accommodating. Surprised that manager wasn’t willing to give a late check out. When pressed, he gave us a free 30 min. (to 11:30). Appreciate that he held our bags for four hours until our shuttle left four hours later.
