Very helpful front desk Thank you Larisa for being so accomodating helping us even with securing a parking spot also thank you Ms Pearl for helping with our kitchen setup and laundry room.

My daughter and I arrived at the property late in the evening (1am) after a delayed flight. After checking in and paying for the week (we were there for a swim meet) we got in the elevator to go to our room. The elevator reeked like marijuana as did the floor and room we were staying in. I immediately went back downstairs and said we would not be staying for the week and was told to talk with the front desk person in the morning. The next morning, the front desk refused to refund my money. We checked out in the morning and went to a different hotel. I was not refunded my money that I paid for the entire week though I was only in the hotel for 10 hours. Expedia said they could not help me and it was up to the hotel and the hotel said they couldn't reimburse me because I went through a third party. I have learned to book directly through the company and not Expedia and will never stay at an Extended Stay again.

I chose this hotel specifically because it was listed as having an airport shuttle. It does not. Front desk hasn’t all that helpful .

Where do I begin... Lets start with saying for long term needs do not fall prey to this facility. Long and short of it is I was between a Condo and a new home and chose to stay at this property while waiting. After 4 months of weekly payments and getting a discount due to length of stay I had many occasions where my business took me out of town and management allowed me to make my weekly payment a day or two off depending on if I was in town. Final straw I was out of town and new Manager acknowledged need to delay payment and said "no problem" . On Tuesday my Fiance' was literally locked out of the room and denied access not able to obtain daily meds or check on small pets in room. On Friday traveling home from business area operations manager said I was now a "tenant" due to length of stay and he had filed for an eviction... Ya, an eviction.. When I got into town and tried to make payment due per manager conversation payment was denied and told it would up to the courts. Now, between homes I am being forced out and denied ability to pay what is due. Corporate managers claim now after being here 4 months that "I" was not locked out but my fiance' was due to not being on registration card. When I checked in she was not with me, when she arrived a day later she obtained a key and I told them that she was to have full access and since then keys have been forgotten in the room and they have reissued to her, etc. How convenient now suddenly not a lock out but denying unauthorized suddenly but room was rekeyed.....
