The rooms were surprisingly clean and modern. However, there was a used condom and other trash in the parking lot when I got out of my car.

This hotel sits in a group near the Greensboro airport. As one of the more economic choices, it may attract a noisier clientele, at least it did for us. There was considerable shouting outside at about 3 am. Otherwise the hotel seemed well maintained. Room was clean and comfortable, as well as fully equipped with fridge, microwave, etc. Lack of an elevator may be a negative for some and the smell of cigarettes outside of the non-smoking facility was pervasive. Overall a reasonable place for a quick sleep and go.

We slept well because the beds were cleanish and comfortable. The AC worked well. My room was back side upper level. There was 2 TVs and didn’t use either. $25 Uber ride from airport.

My non smoking room had a thick smell of smoke as soon as I opened the door. The phone cable can been cut, the hairdryer stolen from the wall. It was too late in the evening to request a new room so I planned to change rooms for the 2nd and 3rd night of my stay. I messaged with Expedia to just see if I could get a refund for the remainder of my trip. They were overall unhelpful and said I needed to talk to the manager. By the time I went to talk to the manager the next evening he said all the rooms were sold out. I found this odd because the parking lot was only a quarter full. No one was offering a refund or a change in accommodations. I was very tired after and 11 hour conference so I decided to give it one more night. Three times during the night I was awoken by cussing and threats right outside me window. There were two or three people yelling at each other. There were slapping sounds in between threats and I couldn’t tell if it was a thud of a hand against a wooden door or someone’s head. When I woke up the next morning there was an unmarked police car with an officer in it who had spent half the night in the parking lot. Needless to say I forgot about the money I spent on my last night and found a new place to sleep. This place is classless on several levels. Stay here at your own peril.

As the person I met in the lobby when first checked in said who's stayed there before, "It's a Dump" but I stay here because it's convenient and the price is reasonable. The rooms have an exterior door. The inside of the door was greasy and grimy as it's not being cleaned. At least get a bucket of paint! The lobby where you think you can go into to get a cup of coffee is locked. Instead, you are forced to enter a tiny lobby where the vending machines are. The lobby was disgusting, dirty and not cleaned during the 4 days I was there. Oh and not to mention the bullet proof glass you talk to the front desk and that was during the daylight hours!!! I would have gone elsewhere except that there was a convention, a rock concert and a major sporting event going on. Everything was booked! One of the exterior hallways was blocked with discarded furniture. I had to find another exit. Clearly a fire hazard. Plus garbage littered in the parking lot and bottom of the stairs. Now I know why that guy I first met called it a dump. It is!

Room was updated and clean. Service was good. The check in area ( night check in area) was fair. I would stay there again as a business traveler.

Definitely not recommend. The address for the hotel is incorrect on Google, it's South Regional Rd, Regional Rd takes you 3mi away to the boonies. Second, I had to get up every 20mins all night long to reset the AC so it would keep coming on. That was ridiculous and exhausting. I did not sleep. The AC unit was filthy, the cover was broken and kept falling off, it was bad. We were there 2 nights the room was not cleaned. add to all this we were there for a funeral which was already exhausting, and had to travel in from out of town. the front desk clerk was nice but didn't seem to understand how you have to use a gps to come into town need correct address. i had to make 3 phone calls to get through to get the address while lost, kept getting put on hold even when i said don't put me on hold. also, the pillows were hard as rock, cigarette burn in comforter... needs maintenance and repair, general upkeep greatly needed. To be fair the desk clerk was dealing with some kind of cleaning person so some of it may be the help he can get locally, but would recommend more work be done.
