The bed was lumpy and I did not get any rest the entire time I was there! The mattress was very bad and the pillows were flat. I left with back and neck pain. I called for additional pillows but was told that they didn’t have any. I tried to call the general manager’s number on the card but it was actually the number to the front desk. This was the worst stay I’ve waver had and that says a lot coming from me as I travel weekly for business. Worst part is that the attendant at the counter told me that they have been trying to convince management that they need to replace the mattresses. That really upset me to hear that. There needs to be some upgrades made to the mattresses.

Staff was friendly and professional. The room was very large and comfortable. We walked across the parking lot to Buffalo Wild Wings. We will definitely stay again on our next trip south.

From start the front desk clerk was not friendly or hospitable. We were given an accessible handicapped room that looked like it haven’t been used or cleaned in ages. Good thing that, I always travel with Clorox bleach spray. I was so exhausted that I didn’t make a fuss of it but could not wait to write this review. The bed was hard and squeaky. I felt dirty in this hotel. I have seen better and expected better for the price $178.00 plus $150 deposit/hold on my cc…

Best thing about about this property is there is restaurants (food) less than 200 yards away thats walking distance, enough parking, and well lit up..I always stay here when i m in that part of the State...

Hampton Inn Gulfport knocked it out of the park! My husband and I are frequent travelers and this time we had our 2 granddaughters with us. Room was HUGE- we got a suite with 2 queens and a fold out. Spotlessly clean. We wanted a pool so the girls could blow off steam and it was clean and heated. Breakfast in the morning was well prepared and delicious. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I couldn't find one thing bad about this stay- keep up the good work, we'll be back!

When you walked into the lobby not only did it smell nice but it was beautifully decorated for the season/holiday. After longs days of travel it was so warm and welcoming. All the staff exemplified this feeling as well. Stayed in many hotels last 2 years. This hotel is at the top.

Staff was unbelievably friendly, from the receptionist in the middle of the night to the person helping out during breakfast. Their joyful kindness felt authentic. We frequently travel from TX to FL and stop in “whatever” hotel we find on our route… we are most likely going to choose this route and this hotel just because of this experience
