I always look for Marriott Hotels when we travel and love them. This is the first time we’ve not had a good experience. The staff in the office were kind and this is not for them, they were great… the room was gross. It was clear that a party happened there and they did not clean before we stayed in the room. Dirty carpets, showers were not clean, leftover decorations stuck to the ceiling, and mystery material spilled on the cupboards. I almost considered leaving and forgetting about the money to find another place. Hopefully they can resolve the cleaning issues and make this the Marriott experience everyone is expecting.

Stayed in a 2-bedroom suite with my family of 5 and felt that we all had more than enough space in the room. Loved that each bedroom had their own bathroom and TVs. Beds were comfortable and clean. Continental breakfast was good, especially the pearl waffles. The hotel is in a nice quiet area. Loved having a kitchen in the room that was equipped with items that might be needed during the stay (i.e. pots/pans, dishwasher, dishes, glasses, flatware, etc.) Dislikes: • Ice maker in our freezer didn't work. It produced like 2-3 ice cubes and we were there for 4 days. • I didn't like that our trash was not emptied during our stay even though it should have been when our room was cleaned. • disliked having to pay $5 for parking. If I'm staying here you should expect me to need to park my vehicle and it should be included especially since this specific hotel does not provide any form of shuttle service. • Not a lot of kid friendly tv stations to view, especially after 7pm when programming switches to more mature content. • Standard Wi-Fi is free, but if you choose to use "enhanced Wi-Fi" for streaming it's an extra $5 per day. Not worth it when you can just use the apps on your phone that you already pay for. Conclusion: Overall a decent place to stay when traveling with a large family.

Everything was fine until just now. I checked in yesterday, checked out at 9am this morning (almost 6 hours ago) and I just received a email that there was parking fee charged to my card on file. At no point during check in, check out or even where I could find it on hotels.com. So it’s not a huge amount but would still be nice knowing they charge for parking. As well as if you’re going to charge me for parking then you should have security because I am pretty sure I saw someone breaking into a car around 4am this morning.

property is in an industrial area ,entrance to the reception and breakfast area is different then entrance to the rooms which are basically are small living units. at night it is scary. our room was not made for 3 people as reserved,I had to figure out how to open the sofa bed and put the bedding on it. the sofa bed was not fit for sleeping . January first is cold at night, and the bedding was a cover sheet and a very light stained blanket. ( also the the king size bed had only light blanket..We woke up several times since it was so cold.I was afraid to go get an extra blanket ,as there was no security ,the are is just open and there is nothing around the hotel property .room had cub web on the ceiling..the sheets looked like it was used ..Breakfast was actually a nice display but.. The coffee was not hot and I had to wait over 10 minutes for a fresh pot, then there was some screaming going on between the hotel employee and a guest who filled up a bag with food...IT WAS HORRIBLE! on top f this they charged me $5 for parking.. for an hotel in this location?? a week prior i stayed in an hotel that is located in the city ,and was not charged for parking...not recommending this hotel!

My daughter & I needed a place to stay for a concert nearby on Sat night. I’m so glad I chose this place! The young man at the registration counter was great and the room was perfect for a 1 night stay. The kitchenette was clean & the dishes were easily found in the dishwasher. We had all the necessary towels & supplies we needed for our stay. I saw lots of other people parking and moving around which is also a good sign of a great place to stay. Check-in was also easy via the Marriott Bonvoy app & accessing the mobile key. Oh! And the tv remote was easily managed by my phone. Great tech features! There’s also a shopping center with restaurant chain places to grab a quick bite or to dine in nearby + other stores and a Target . I will definitely keep this place on my radar for future concert weekends.

This hotel has two pools... one is indoors and the other is outdoors. Both pools are 3-5ft deep. Both pools offer complimentary towels. Both pool areas have hot tubs. Very clean hotel. Free complimentary breakfast. Free parking. Rooms are very nice. We had a two-bedroom loft (offering 2 queen size beds, double-sofabed, 2 bathrooms, 3 TV's, a full kitchen with all amentities). We will definitely stay at this hotel again!
