Hotel Indigo Harrisburg - Hershey, an IHG Hotel

I had a generally positive stay here, but a few negatives marred the experience. I enjoyed the clean, modern feel of the decor, the onsite restaurant, comfortable bed and proximity to several decent eateries. On the first night I stayed, the hotel was very quiet and I slept well. I also ate dinner at the onsite restaurant, which was adequate. (Breakfast is an additional charge and seemed to be a problem for many guests without vouchers.) For the remaining nights of my stay, MANY pre-teen children checked in. They ran around the halls of the hotel until the wee hours. At one point I even received a prank call at 3am on the hotel phone. The front desk did nothing. The disruptions were not welcomed as I was there for business and needed to sleep. Also, the TV remote did not work and looked very old, as was the window AC unit that blew cold air directly on the bed all night. The gym was well equipped but the ellipticals were not working. I also noticed there was a lack of sanitizing spray & paper towels there to wipe down equipment before/after use. Finally, the outdoor pool was tiny for a hotel of this size, which made it not practical to relax in as said children were in it all day/evening. Parking was free and plentiful and the location was convenient to Hershey, to my business location and to the airport. All in all, not a terrible stay but I'm not sure I'll choose this hotel again when I visit Harrisburg in the future.

The hotel offered a shuttle service and made sure we got to and from the hotel safe and had an amazing driver!!

What a wonderful stay. You have the most delightful employees! All so friendly and accomodating. The front desk gentleman who works at night, was so helpful. My flights got canceled and he made sure i was able to stay another night. Lifesaver. If im ever in Harrisburg again, im staying with you!! Thank you

Close to airport

Very nice hotel. Perfect accommodations for our travel baseball team and families.

The hotel was spotless, the staff very friendly and accommodating of pets. Even treats in the lobby. They put a picture of my Brody on the wall with the other pets. They were kind enough to let me keep my room a few hours longer because my flight was in the early evening. The shuttle took us to airport. This trip was to pick up my new furbaby. I highly recommend this location. I'll look for others when I travel.

The hotel is like remodeled over old furniture and design. Smelled like cigarettes in the hallway and no breakfast included either. The only solid thing was the location and open parking. Staff was fine, the maintenance worker was friendly and front desk as well.
