Red Roof Inn Harrisburg - Hershey

The only good thing about my stay was that the room was fairly clean. The carpet & windows were dirty. There were no amenities. There was no refrigerator, no microwave, no hair dryer in the room & the TV did not work. When I arrived, the front desk clerk was on the phone, talking in Spanish?, and completely ignored me. He didn't even look up & smile. I later saw he was in a wheelchair, not just sitting down, but that does not excuse his ignoring me. There were dogs in the Inn & barked at all hours. When my friend called the front desk & complained, they just hung up on her & nothing was done. There was very loud music being played in the parking lot. As you have probably noticed, I will never stay at a Red Roof Inn again!!!

People are obviously living at this facility. The hallway smells horrible and people are leaving their garbage in the hallway. They also leave their bikes in the hallway or in the parking lot to make it difficult to drive through the parking area. I did not feel safe at all at this facility and I would like a refund immediately

I did not stay at the property because I drove up to see numerous piles of trash and cigarette butts, torn curtains in the windows and sketchy men walking around the parking lot. Men had their doors open and were lying on their beds in their underwear. I felt that it was too unsafe for me to stay there as a woman. I will not be booking through Expedia again as I feel that the ratings did not come close to reflecting the actual quality of the motel.

The owner / manager is working with a group of thieves that are waiting in the parking lot who will brake into your car and steal your belongings. The door locks on my room were broken. Someone in the parking lot hacked the key fob signal to my car. I watched them activate my car remotely. I left immediately as this was not a safe location. If you stay at this location, expect to lose everything or worse.

were harassed by men in the parking lot and afraid to stay in hotel. whole place smelled like smoke and there were stains everywhere. had to find another hotel.
