Four Points by Sheraton Kansas City Airport

Super close to the airport but the hotel is a little dated but does look like they’ve attempted some upgrades. It’s pretty basic and if you’re flying in/out, it’s a fantastic location. For the price, I’d stay again. They also offer an airport shuttle!

Room itself was okay. Very noisy, very little to dampen all the noise outside of the room. Repaving the parking lot so very very little parking on site. Could not be waited on at boulevard grill. Stood waiting for almost 20 minutes never spoken to or waited on ended up walking out. Dirty dishes sat outside rooms the entire time we were there (2 days). Would not recommend anyone stay here with the high number of other hotels to choose from. Dissapointing for a 4 points location.

Other than a snafu at check in (not told I couldn’t use debit card for incidentals) my stay was great. Room was comfortable and very clean. Restaurant was adequate and the waitstaff excellent. The airport shuttle was great.

i I book this hotel when I travel early morning. It is very comfortable and convenient. They offer a very early small breakfast for those leaving very early. The shuttle was very useful in my last trip because I forgot my laptop at the bus and they bring it back to the airport immediately when I call the hotel.

Although the hotel needs updating, it was clean from check in area to our room and reasonably priced. Distance to airport and shuttle service were excellent. Our room was on the 5th foor and temp (70°) was perfect when we arrived at 4 pm. It was a very hot day! By 6 pm the thermostat read 74° so I called the front desk. Someone from maintenance arrived around 8 with news "nothing they could do because of the outside temp". They brought us a fan. We chose to not move rooms because we had entirely too much luggage, had unpacked all essentials and my husband had a fractured hip. At 1 am our room temp was 78°, but we survived. Our bed wasn't very comfortable and pillows were awful, but the staff was great and the food from the restaurant was surprisingly good and reasonably. We'll choose a different hotel next time.

It was there for me, because I missed my flight out of Kansas City. Staff was very friendly and understanding. I was traveling with my 6 yr old grandson.

The hotel is really close to the airport, but still quiet. The amenties were great and I like having the restaurant on site. The room was very clean and very comfortable. The only downside is parking. Very limited parking so you may have to park on the street in front of the hotel.

For the price…this hotel is quite rundown. Easy airport access and easy on and off I29 but we never had any maid service for 3 days.
