The hotel was overall a good choice, though it's a bit far from the city center. Thankfully, they offer a free shuttle, which made getting to the city center convenient. Our room was spacious and comfortable, but unfortunately, it was located next to an electrical room, so we heard equipment noise throughout the night, which affected our sleep. Breakfast was decent but lacked variety, and the pool was nice, though it seemed like the water could have been cleaned more frequently. Despite these minor issues, it's still a solid option, especially with the shuttle service.

Hi the lobby is very nice !! The room service is great and fast we didn’t miss anything. The rooms are not well isolated and the air conditioning is extremely Loud the rollaway bed comfortable but squeaky . Also the sofa bed only fits one person . So we had to order the rollaway bed for 20$ a night because the king room doesn’t fit 4 people . The shuttle service is a nice plus . The breakfast area is very crowded their was long lines even to toast the bread they only had one toaster and they weren’t replenishing fast.

Had to wait an hour and a half for my room to be ready. Not enough towels were provided and the pool was like a jacuzzi. Too hot for this hot weather in Florida. Other than that the location was great and parking was easy but spaces super tight. All in All ok stay.

Overall the stay was comfortable however the rooms were quite old. The sink basin was clogged. The free breakfast was standard but had huge lines due to delays in service. The parking was convenient but you that’s what you paid for.

I was not able to attend my trip due to a state of emergency in Miami and flights were cancelled. I was only able to get a flight on the day I would have been checking out of the Fairfield Inn and Suites. I traveled instead to Islamorada Florida, a trip that I booked on my own. I was not reimbursed at all for the loss in Key West. Not from Expedia or Fairfield Inn. This has happened once before when I traveled and a hurricane occurred in St.l Augustine and I was refunded after I spoke to Expedia. For some reason this time I was not. It's not like they could have booked the room re-booked the room due to the weather anyway since flights were not happening.

Stayed only overnight. Very nice hotel. A bit disappointed we couldn’t check in an hour early on a Wednesday as we had been driving all day and only had a limited amount of time to tour the island. However, I understand. Just felt like the front desk person wasn’t going out of his way to help us out. The 2nd guy to really check us in was very helpful and nice. Room size was terrific! Appreciated the shuttle service!

I was charged additional fees that include parking and other items I did not need and had no other choice to be charged. The fee was an additional amount that Expedia charged and was never told the other fees. The pool was filthy and there was something dead in the bushes. The AC was super loud and did not work properly. Will not stay here again.
