Margaritaville Beach House Key West

The trip was very restful. The downtown shuttle was very convenient.

We had a good time and the staff is really nice and the food and drinks were amazing. There are a few things to improve. In our room we didn't have anything to hang our wet clothes we had to improvise also for our shower towels we just had one pole when we are two people in the room. We had to get new towels everyday because they wouldn't dry fast enough. Finally the shuttle we did call it upon our arrival after almost 45 min of wait we called an uber

Wasn't given a balcony that was pretty disappointing. Nice pool and lounge area but it closes way to early. To far from old town to ride bikes around the city with kids. Had plenty of parking but it wasn't to busy so i don't know if the same would be true with a full house.

Great place close to the airport and the beach! Stayed here for five days with my family of 7. The room we had was big enough for all of us and comfortable. For some reason the shower drain did not work well, so the tub would fill up. It would have been nice to have at least two burners in the kitchenette to make some small meals, since we ended up paying a lot of money to eat out every day. Either way the atmosphere is magical, and Margaritaville Beach House is a great way to experience Key West.

The staff was fantastic and friendly. The shuttle to old town was very convenient. We had a great stay!

It is right across from one of the only beaches in Key West, but not much else. There is a shuttle that runs on the hour- so that is helpful.

We enjoyed 5 day/4 night stay for my daughter’s birthday. Really enjoyed my first time on the Keys. The hotel was nice, clean and bit too big bit too small. Probably a little overpriced for the amenities but. There was construction going on during the day with Hispanic workers not really being cognizant of guests who paid a lot of money to relax and could be useful to provide another causal dining/snack/coffee shop option on site. Overall good location, staff was nice, property was clean and lush landscaping. The resort fee is kin of a joke tho as there’s no need and it’s not big enough to be described as a resort. Shuttle to and from downtown and airport was nice. Overall solid 3.5 star property

Cleanliness: The floor in the room was very dirty. The elevator to go up to your room had food all over the walls. The carpet in the halls is very dirty. We did not have our room cleaned the entire stay. Communication: I booked through Expedia. I checked to include resort fees. When i go there and checked in, they were not included! I spoke with multiple staff members and they did take off two days of resort fees. The fees were for the shuttle service into Old Town. A cookie and free drink and apparently the pool. The shuttle only drops off on one side of old town. So it is not that convienent. I also had booked an icean view room with 2 king beds and the living area kitchenette. When we got there expedia had booked a room without a view and 1 king bed living area kitchenette. The Margaritaville staff fixed this as well and moved us to a new room the next night when it became available. They even moved our luggage for us while we were exploring Key West. One night, we all woke up to the room being 75 degrees despite the AC being all the way down. They were quick to come and fix the problem. Overall, I was happy with my stay and that Margaritaville did what they could to accomadate all the wrongs that arose from booking through expedia!

The pool is great, but not a ton of shaded areas and it fills up quick! The restaurant food for lunch and dinner was not the best, definitely recommend taking the shuttle to eat near Duval street. there is NO beach view at all, you have to cross the street to get to the beach. The staff is great! Super friendly. The bar makes the drinks strong! The goodies for the kids were awesome!
