Got to the hotel at 12am from the airport. Was told I didn’t have a reservation and all rooms were sold out even though the lady right before us thanked the front desk lady for getting her a room. Stranded had to get any room I could get in the middle of the night. Called hotels.com and they still showed my reservation as active but they couldn’t get a hold of the hotel

The bathroom were small the sink didn’t fit in them. Also the parking lot looked like a land fill. There look like there were drug deal happening in the parking lot.

Christie was very helpful! We had issues with our flights but she was able to pick us up. Then the battery on our door died and she was able to get it open for us! Above and beyond!
