Comfort Suites Airport

Job was very helpful upon check-in, arranging for the airport shuttle to pick us up at 6:00 am the next morning. The room was comfortable and equipped with everything needed for an overnight stay. The bathroom was clean and towels were plentiful, but the fixtures are starting to show some wear. We were able to safely leave our car there for three nights while we made a quick weekend visit to New England.

The staff, licati to airport was excellent. Rooms were clean but the heavy use of freebreeze was vey overwhelming, this indicates a need to cover up unpleasant odors. The bathroom and parts of the room were needing repair. The beds were clean and comfortable. There were cockroaches we spotted and killed in the bathroom. Thus the reason I am giving this a poor rating. The Staff was very nice, courteous, and friendly and give them a 5 star or higher rating.

No transportation to and from the airport was available.

They did not have an airport shuttle as advertised. The pool was closed for maintenance. We ended up going to a different hotel.

The front desk was really kind and understanding that we would be arriving later than expected and allowed the kids a little extra time in the indoor pool after the posted closing time. The hotel is a little on the outdated side and a couple of questionable people were hanging around outside but were not there too long. Overall, it met our needs - travelling to the Georgia Aquarium with 4 teenage grandchildren - for one night! We would stay here again. Easy to get to the downtown attractions ...

The staff were friendly and helpful. Every convenient to airport. The room and bathroom are in need of updating. Breakfast was typical, but a breakfast cafe would have been awesome, Parking lot needs to be repaved.

There was black stuff on the caulking of the bathtub which looked like mold. We did not use the shower because we were just staying overnight on our way through to final destination. There was a smoke detector chirping about every 60 seconds in the hall outside our room. I called the front desk and they said they’d take care of it when they got back from taking someone to the airport. It was never taken care of and was still chirping in the morning when we left. The worst part was about 3 in the morning someone tried to get into our room. It woke me up and I figured someone just was drunk and had the wrong room. About 5 minutes later they tried again. I got up and tried looking through the peep hole but couldn’t see because it was so dirty. My husband got up and went to the door. About 5 minutes later they tried to get in again. My husband pounded on the door and yelled that this was not their room and if they came back he’d be calling the cops. We had 4 children in our room and we were all afraid.
