Hampton Inn & Suites Manchester-Bedford

Very dated. The tv in the room was not a smart tv, but it wasn’t even a tv capable of taking an HDMI cable. I felt like I time travelled back 15 years staying at this hotel. Staff were friendly but this place needs some updating.

I have stayed at the Bedford, N.H. Hampton Inn numerous times. Typically it is a pleasant stay. Much of this experience I base on the brief interaction with staff at check-in. On this visit, however, it was a tad below what I have come to look forward to. My check-in person was impersonal and sullen. You might not think it's a big deal but a warm and friendly welcome, maybe even with a smile, is a nice touch to a weary traveler checking in.

Easy access from airport.

Convenient location, nice rooms and amenities. Staff are nice too. Easy parking.

Clean and there is a free airport shuttle.

I have to say, I rarely stay at big chain business hotels" like Hampton Inn's, and I am suddenly asking myself "why". In town looking for a one night stay, I resigned myself to staying at the Hampton Inn, expecting very little. What a completely unexpected and welcomed surprise to find this little gem. Very nice and welcoming staff (even if they dont have cookies waiting for you at checkin;) My room was very clean, comfortable, and spacious, with a super comfortable bed and nice bath products. Their breakfast setup (included) was super clean and well stocked, and they even had premade travel breakfast bags if wanted. Not sure I'd opt for a Hampton Inn in a major city as it is travelers/business style hotel without a restaurant/bar, but for one or two night trips, I won't hesitate. Kudos to the management team & thanks for a nice stay.

Check in was quick and easy! The room was what I had reserved. The room was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The free breakfast was amazing: eggs, meat, variety of muffins and breads, fresh fruit, hot oatmeal, and of course coffee and teas. There was no daily housekeeping but after 4 nights they were to do a full cleaning. They failed to refresh my in room coffee condiments but that is ok. I stayed 7 nights and it was fairly quiet. All staff seemed happy and were very cordial. I will stay here again next year when I go to visit my daughter in New Hampshire. I do wish they could provide 24 hour airport transportation..that would be a BIG plus for me! Over all a very nice place to stay! And they have nice grounds with lots of trees and birds and squirrels and chipmunks!

Nice clean quiet hotel. Easy access to most parts of town by car. Standard hot breakfast & plenty of it. Even though airport is not far there is no air traffic noise. Easy drive to multiple restaurants. Poster child for typical Hampton Inn chain. Recommended!

The breakfast was awesome! Be careful !! They advertise that you can park and fly……… NOT CORRECT!

The website said that there was free airport transportation. That is why I specifically chose this hotel. However when I got there I was told that they have a modified schedule and would not be able to take me to the airport. I had to pay an additional $22.00 to get my own transportation to take me 4.3 miles.
