Reception staff fantastic even though arriving early morning because of flight delay

Property was clean, comfortable ,plenty of parking

Me and ny boyfriend stayed here for 1 night after flying all the way from AZ, for a wedding. We are familiar with the Sleep Inn brand and enjoy staying at various ones across the country. This one was no different aside from being not near much. Clean room and bathroom. Clean lobby area. The downside was the CC machine went down so there was an issue about who was going to be keeping our CC info on file. And if we did a cash deposit, why wouldn't we get a receipt for it. After 20mins of trying to figure something out, we just gave our card number ans prayed it doesn't fall into wrong hands. Other than that, no bad, not amazing, just average. Decent price if you catch it in off seasons.

We traveled to the area from far away and called the hotel a day prior to make sure we would have the accommodations for the entire family. First, the gentleman over the phone assured me that we would be able to do early check in at a fee. When we got there 4 hours prior, we were told by a grumpy lady at the desk that they did not have a room and couldn’t do that for us. We ended up having to wait around the area with little children which is not too comforting given we didn’t have plans in the area that day. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone also assured us that we would be able to request a cot upon arrival to make sure all in the family had a place to sleep. At night when we called the front desk to request it, they denied it and said they couldn’t give us one due to fire hazard, yet we were told it was do-able upon arrival. One of the family members ended up sleeping on the floor since their supposed queen size beds were more like full size and couldn’t fit more than 2 people uncomfortably. The worst part of the stay was the unpleasant smell of cannabis lurking through the hallways and entrance of hotel mixed with a smell of floor cleaner that didn’t mask it. The pool was another situation as we were told over the phone it closed at 10. Once at the hotel, it was another story…the pool closed at 8 pm. Furthermore, the pool resembled that of a lake with green algae. At the bottom of the pool floor looked like brown stuff floating…don’t stay here with family or kids.

The room was great, we loved our stay there. There was some spores forming on the handle in the shower and the shower's floor was bouncy. However, the rest of the bathroom equipment was clean and so was the bedcovers and towels. The bed was comfortable enough, the A/C was working well and the fridge was large. One minor negative point was how tough it was to get to the hotel's parking because it was badly indicated. We however loved our stay, breakfast was okay and the price was worth it.

I stay here often for work. My rooms have always been clean. Staff kind and friendly. Breakfast ready and warm. Plenty of parking and the price is incredibly affordable.

Decent mid -level hotel. The room and facilities were clean and well maintained. The free breakfast had numerous choices and pretty good coffee, although the scrambled eggs were processed eggs. Still ok. Location is convenient for car travel, near the interstate hwy but not otherwise interesting.

Close proximity to where we needed to be. Convenient location to airport, highway, Manchester mall

After traveling for an extended period of time, I attempted to check in. The reservation was in order, the hotel was not full, and had not been full the day before. The counter person made a very direct point of no checkin before 3pm. It was 2:25pm. All rooms would be cleaned within that 35 minutes, according to her. Great cleaning staff, magic.

we have stayed there before and each time we fly up there to New Hampshire we always book a room , it's location is perfect .
