Baymont by Wyndham Memphis I-240

We had a wonderful stay. The beds are hard but the rooms are clean. The gated parking lot gave us a sense of peace. The staff was super nice, and always willing to please. Divya worked the front desk when we arrived and she was very sweet. Chaitonya Worked the breakfast area and was super kind and personal with everyone. He offered to make us waffles and came by our table several times to make sure we didn’t need anything. We would definitely recommend this hotel and will stay there every time we visit Memphis/Graceland which is several times a year.

Loved our stay! Hotel staff were friendly and very accommodating! Beds and pillows were very comfy! Rooms were very nice and clean! Security and a gated parking lot.

Property was under construction and we were told we shouldn’t have been able to even book a room online. They did let us have a room that was finished and the room was ok. Not all the plugs worked and TVs did not work. Then we got ready to exit this morning and elevators did not work. We had to load our luggage down four flights of stairs. The stairs were cluttered with plastic sheeting and various construction supplies. If I get charged ANYTHING for this stay I will go to every possible online site and let the public know how awful this was. Shame on you Travelocity and Wyndham and whoever is responsible for this fiasco.

This property has homeless people hanging around, Debris all over the parking lot, had to move to different rooms due to lighting not working, and tv not working, and I’m still waiting on my deposit to be returned. it’s been a week already. The only thing that was good, was Esperanza and Josie who were accommodating.

The room was nice, cold A/C, clean, but there in the middle of renovation so there’s things everywhere in the building. The parking lot was full of trash. Staff was great though!

First let me say the manger was very apologetic and informed me after my stay that their in the middle of renovating . So after booking online through Expedia, I felt as if nothing lined up with the pictures at all , the pool was filthy for days, breakfast looked as though they recooked it on dirty grills or something, holes in the carpet , carpet sticky enough to make sound when walking, curtains dirty , dead bugs and living bugs in windowsill, toilet sticky, tub nasty with rust stains , molded walls as well as rusted poles all up and threw the pool area, and the killing part for me was waking up to the roaches having a field day in the bed sheets at night fr , then after complaining to the front desk at like 2am , I was told straight to my face “WE DONT HAVE ROACHES” as if I brought a bag of them with me , I can go on and on about the shady area and the guy that watches the pool area from the parking lot when cameras are literally in the pool area ,but I’ll end this by saying the prices aren’t discounted , it’s actually what the room are worth lol , and after all the disappointment during my fiancé’s birthday weekend , I was rewarded some points for another booking , and a five day wait added to a 3 day wait for a $50 incidental fee that was told to be refunded at the end of my stay as long as we didn’t smoke in a room that already smelt like a box of cigarettes. There was roaches everywhere. Breakfast was extremely limited. We were told by the front desk worker that we can't enter the hotel through the front door. If and when we go to our rooms, we have to use the side door. It was too dark and there is no lighting on the parking lot. Rude employees.

There was a lot of construction on the property. Hopefully it will be done shortly, the room was nice but once you left it was noisy and parking lot was full of construction..

This hotel is a dump!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! The site stated $20 a night for dogs. Nope, try $36 plus tax. Needles in the parking lot, ice machines didn't work. NUMEROUS OSHA violations, mostly electrical. Carpets and stairwells were filthy with dirt, garbage and cigarette butts, and smelled like pee. Huge holes in doors that are just spackled over. Keyless remotes on room only works SOMETIMES. I had to get the master key numerous times over 2 days. I have stayed in some crappy places before, but this one wins, hands down. LEAVE THIS HOTEL FOR THE HOODLUMS THAT LIVE THERE!!!

This is probably one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in. I have traveled around 40 states. this hotel had drug attic’s selling dope prostitution trash everywhere I wouldn’t record my dog stay here terrible horrible they said they had a Jacuzzi hot tub and a pool. That’s why we got the hotel that wasn’t nothing like that. This place needs to be closed down.
