Memphis Vitality Hotel

The hotel feels like an empty building, it had no dining facility open and was in the process of being renovated. Electronic check in that has had to be supplemented by a helpful staff member as none of it works, it became frustrating having to put in a code just to get into the room Overall cleanliness and parking good but not close to any facilities without a car

This was the best experience on our travel. Nice and helpful staff. Room was very nice and breakfast. This hotel has an high standart, and i want to recommend this hotel. Kelly your the best, we will miss you a lot. We were very safe at your hotel. We want to give the hotel and staff 5 star.

Loved the pools, entryway, and safe-feeling parking. The lack of conspicuous staff was weird, but not troubling. A vending machine would be nice. "Ice and vending" sign of each floor, but alas, only ice was there. Very clean and it felt fancyish. Breakfast was enjoyed by all.

Surprised at this gem of a hotel. Security in the parking area all night. Limited staff due to self check-in, but the ones we saw were top-notch. Access to some drinks and treats would be nice, and understand that is coming. Will use again!
