Comfort Inn Airport

Check in was easy, parking felt safe enough for the area, but the air conditioner DID NOT work well. We were hot all night and never could get comfortable. But we needed sleep for an early flight so we didn't bother asking for a different room. I regretted it by the time we got up at 3:30 am, still hot and miserable.

Liked the room size was comfortable except for no communication on parking inside the gates and breakfast hours other than that all was great!

Front desk staff, Ron was great! He saw I was there with my teen daughter and offered us extra towels. I felt safe in this hotel. It was near the airport in a gated area. The planes were a little loud, which rattled the building a bit but if you can get past that, the price was great. I would recommend this place if you are traveling on a budget.

The most comfortable bed! Our flight arrived after midnight and our room was ready and waiting for us. The night clerk who checked us in was super friendly and efficient. Because we got in so late we hoped for a little more rest in an extra hour before checkout. The manager was working day shift and he gruffly said no. Made for a disappointing checkout experience.

OK hotel .... limited parking. Property in need of updates/repairs

Upon arrival we saw that the parking lot was gated. That was already a bad sign. The room had a horrible mildew/mold smell. I called the front office to ask for a different room because of it. The attendant said he was coming up. I was like oh good they actually care. I was very wrong. He came to the room with a spray bottle. I asked what that was for, and he stated it was air freshener. I said I don't want that. That will only make us have to smell that along with the mold and mildew and does not fix the issue. I was told I couldn't change my room. The sheer blinds over the windows were so dirty they were turning black. The pull out sofa was broken and stuck in the bed position, and could not be folded back in. The entire hotel smelt of marijuana. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows were miniature. The breakfast was fine. Nothing special, and not a lot to choose from. One good thing, it was close to Graceland and the room appeared to be clean other than the drapes.

Friendly staff, clean, and easy drive from the airport. My only problem was several outlets were a challenge. And the first room we were in the air conditioner made a very loud noise. We were immediately switched to another room.

Close to airport, good Uber service to town, great breakfast, good all around!

I was ok with the room until I found my new truck vandalized! Not necessarily the hotel fault but when I pulled in and the parking lot was fenced I should have left!

Disgusting 1st room. Smelled so bad we had to be moved immediately. Every twist and turn in the building had strange smells that were being masked. Area around property not a safe area,which isn't obvious since hotels by airports are generally nicer and more secure-ish. Cops were everywhere in the area at night.
