I have never seen such filth. Woman beaten in middle of night in parking lot, men screaming that the expecitive were not performing customer requests. Had to wait for daylight to feel safe enough to get in my car to get out of there.

It was an emergency lodging when the Delta Airlines system broke down. So, a group of 12 people from overseas had to shelter 2 nights until they could secure next flights out of Memphis. The front desk person was very helpful and courteous. The place was clean and just met the requirements for emergency overnight stay closest to the airport.

The area around the airport is unsafe, so the hotel is conveniently located near the airport, but the outside area is terrible. The inside was clean.

even tho it was a gated entry, its located in a very low safe high crime rate area. gang infested area and drug sales were being conducted in the parking lot.

When I arrive Friday night the room was very smelly room 222 and the toilet kept backing up was not happy what was so tired from my flight just went to sleep

Wasn’t terrible. We just booked for a few hours to sleep before an extremely early flight. One of the three rooms we booked smelled musky and old. There weren’t any bugs that we saw (some google reviews stated that). The front desk staff was friendly at checkin. Overall didn’t feel clean and fresh, but worked for what we needed.
