In my opinion, you must really be a die hard Elvis fan to come here and put up with the "nickel and dime stuff" - paid parking, no complimentary coffee... Seemed like the hotel had you captive because of the bad rep of Memphis for crime and they took advantage of that. We had pleasant interactions with some of the staff but others were pretty indifferent (especially when you were over at the mansion and museums). My wife wanted to come here and now it's done. She agreed that a return trip is highly unlikely.

Overall great experience that included a couple of issues that were addressed promptly. We were moved after our request due to toilet leaking. Loved the free theater that showed Elvis movies. Also the free PP&J with chocolate milk served nightly adds to the experience! Hotel beginning to require TLC. Great location and shuttle service to Graceland and or airport! Do recommend staying here for the full Graceland experience.

Shuttle bus to/from airport starts at 6:30, so if you have an early flight (e.g. be at the airport before 7 am), then taxi, Lyft, or your only options. For Uber it’s $43 for a ride to the airport. The property is fantastic, but my room had multiple pieces of wallpaper that pulled away from the wall. The hotel warrants a 5 rating, but lack of maintenance in rooms warrants a 4 rating. Bar and restaurant options are stellar.

Really nice hotel! Pros: Free Elvis movie nightly in a huge movie theater. After they give you PB&J sandwiches. Cute, but not worth the long line for them if you ask me. Rooms are not huge, but not super small but bathroom has higher end fixtures and shower door. Parking is controlled and you can if you want, walk to Graceland but they have shuttles. Staff super helpful and gracious and there is always someone there to help you. Cons: the toilet in our room sounded like a jackhammer every time we flushed. (really loud!), refrigerator was small for a family of 4, and with how nice they made the bathroom, I found it strange to cheap out on the toilet seat and not make it a soft close. For those who like Whole Foods it's only 17 min away which is nice

This hotel was far better than I imagined. The pictures don't do this justice! The grounds were absolutely stunning with sprawling grass, beautiful magnolia trees around the huge pool. A beautiful hotel as you approach. I loved our big, clean spacious room with Elvis on the TV 24 hours a day. This is a must stay hotel for Graceland, or even just staying in Memphis. Graceland shuttle and Airport shuttle were timely and convenient.

Stayed before not liking the peanut butter and jelly sandwiches at all...so small and a half a glass of warm chocolate milk which I couldn't drink due to allergies..it was really hot not wanting to pay $6.50 for a bottle of water....the only other thing is would be nice to have a cot available. We were traveling with our 15 year old granddaughter ..I am 70 and my friend she is 56 ..We slept together and the granddaughter got the bed to herself ...

I cannot express enough how amazing the hotel staff are!!! Everyone was so nice and so accommodating for my disabled mother. The beds were too high for her even in the handicap accessible room so they brought her a step stool to use and keep in the room. The resort was beautiful and so clean. Beds are comfortable. The gated security entrace into the resort and security driving around the parking lot gave me ease of mind! The workers here definitely show that "southern hospitality"! My mom was so impressed with the patience the shuttle drivers had with loading and unloading her scooter. She thanked them repeatedly and they just smiled and insisted it was no trouble. I truly hope they know the wonderful impact they had on her trip to Graceland. They were true angels and I'd give 10 stars if i could!!

A lovely property to stay at if you’re planning on taking in all the Graceland activities. Shuttle service from the airport was convenient. Shuttles to and from Graceland were needed after spending over six hours at the house and museum. Had fantastic food and service at Delta’s and the Elvis Presley Grill.

Everyone was so nice and welcoming! Staff was very helpful and friendly! Room was clean, live music on weekends, lounge, free shuttle back and forth to Graceland, 2 restaurants, coffee and deli area, firepit by the pool and oh those peanut butter and jelly sandwiches everynight! Definitely recommend!
