Travelodge by Wyndham Memphis Airport/Graceland

The hotel is in need of some renovations. The pool was empty the fitness room locked and unable to use. Half the parking lot open. The front desk clerk was complaining she hates this job and how she wasn’t going to be paid until Tuesday. Didn’t tell me anything about my room or how to get there.

It was like a skid row motel and we walked out after just seeing the room. The beds were the dirtiest beds we've ever seen. The lobby seems more like a place you'd get arrested in. And the parking lot could be a crime scene at any moment. Fortunately the person behind the desk immediately gave us a refund without any questions. She obviously knows how bad it is as well. I would not recommend this property to anyone.

There was bullet holes in the bathroom. Mold on the shower walls and ceiling. The lock didn’t work right. It looked like the bathroom has not been cleaning properly in years. The hotel over all did not look anything like the pictures that were provided. The beds were hard and uncomfortable with stains on the sheets. I did not feel safe or comfortable to sleep right in the night. My dad went to get some chips from the gas station around 9pm and when leaving there was guns grown in the parking lot. He then had to come back to the room for safety.

Online is said it was an airport hotel which it was not. Pics must have been taken 20 years ago. We drove into the parking lot and there were people all over the lot in dented up cars just sitting there. Checked in and went down hallway into room which both smelled like a combo of weed, tobacco and smelly deodorizer. Turned around and immediately checked out and drove a few miles to a much nicer hotel. Hotels.com did a good job at advocating and getting me refunded.

Probably bed bug bite on my arms and my my bag itchy I found some chicken bone under bed by the bed head OMG I travel a lot but disappointed this time pillow floor dirty

Never ever had an experience like this after traveling all over the world. THE WORST in every aspect. Had to leave room immediately due to visible bedbugs. Very unsafe outside and inside the building. Warning signs in room to lock doors and not answer at night. Loud drunk/druggies in hallways. By the time I arranged for another hotel my "30 minute" window to leave had expired. Staff said owner doesn't care and knows the problems. No refund, had to leave for a safe/clean alternative hotel. DO NOT STAY HERE. IT IS UNSANITARY, UNSAFE, AND HAS BEDBUGS.

PROS- Staff accommodate a late check in, they had overnight security in the parking lot. Lobby was had newer construction, CONS - i booked a double king room and they only had double queen. Room was in pretty rough shape.

Stayed 1 night while traveling through TN. Booked through hotels.com, photos don't match reality. Ladies at front desk were nice & helpful at check in and check out. Staff all around were friendly. Dark and dingy in lobby. Swimming pool had no water, couldn't use. Hall carpets were dirty. Room was subpar clean. Old needs updating. I expected more from Wyndham.

Had a reservation for a one night stay for a flight the next morning, our reservation was given away so we arrived to no room for us. The property was dirty and had a potent smell of cigarettes inside the front lobby. The front desk receptionist was friendly and did what she could to help, but was very distracted by the people there visiting her trying to hand her something. My guess it was something unprofessional because she had to tell her friends she was in camera at work. There was people loitering around outside and am uncertain if these were guests of the hotel or just passerby’s. Not a place i will think to stay in the future should we ever visit the area again

Absolute trash in a horrible location. Groups of people hanging in parking lot in their vehicle.
