The staff were friendly. Clean, quiet and plenty of parking. Down side was the HVAC was bery noisey and a must in Gilbert. Second we went to check out the breakfast at 8 AM and no plates... we had coffee and hit the road. Not sure if the hotel was not ready for the holiday weekend and this was Friday AM. All in all would go back and stay.

We stayed here for a few days and enjoyed it. The breakfast was decent and had variety, which was nice especially when traveling with family. The concierge Andy or Andrew was super helpful and has accommodated our requests for extra water bottles. Will definitely stay here again next time!

Good place to stay for travel tournaments. Did not expect a handicapped room. It wad spacious but was not used to room layout and sink light did not work. Breakfast was pretty bland bit you get what you pay for i guess

Tried to checkin to my resevation at 5:30pm. Rooms not ready. Said they would text me when ready. Never texted me. Returned at 7:30pm room stil just finishing. Room was half completed. blind would not close. sofa bed was open and cushions thrown on floor. Everyone gave me the excuse that "didn't have help" Not my problem. I paid for a room. I fly over 100 flights per year and stay in hotel rooms 160 days a year. I liked Hyatt Place but this was my worst experience at a hotel in along time. Will give Hyatt another chance but if I have another problem I will focus on Marriott

The hotel was great, clean, conveniently located. Downside was check in was at 3 and they didn’t have our room ready until 5. Hard and inconvenient to fly in and not be able to get into a room when needed.

Rooms were large, clean and quiet. Easy to get to and convenient parking. I wish hotels would begin to clean everyday again. This was a Covid policy and now it’s being kept but still pay the same prices.

We stayed for 4 nights. Our room was never cleaned. No bed sheets were changed. Breakfast was terrible. We are frequent travelers this was our worst experience. We paid $184 Per night. We had to ask for clean towels. We requested the Manager ever day to please correct the situation but, nothing was done. We were part of 6 people and had 3 delux rooms. We will never stay at Hyatt.
