I have stayed at this hotel in the past and have always been pleased with the room & staff. However, on check in I was supposedly upgraded as they said the room type I booked was sold out.
When I entered the room it was disgusting! The carpet was probably as bad as I have ever seen in a hotel, and I travel lots.
I mentioned it to the front desk on checkout and they said they were in the process of upgrading rooms floor by floor. I understand that but I don't understand why they would not put me in an upgraded room. They said they were sold out but the parking lot was basically empty!
Be sure to asked if you are in a refurbished room when booking as the carpet was truly disgusting.

It’s located in an up and coming area with lots of development and businesses like restaurants and services oriented businesses (nail, hair, entertainment) being built in a complex across the street. Easy to get to and close to the airport (25 mins).

I had a late flight so my check-in was late but the clerk was great. Slept quite well, nice and quiet. Had to rush in the morning to so could only grab a quick breakfast, which was a shame because they had a waffles.

Construction around the building, with the 3rd floor blocked off. Construction crews working around the building which blocked off parking.
Maintenance crew had a ladder the was opened over the main entrance during prune checkout time and I had to walk our a side door and wheel my cart all the way back around to the main entrance access ramp to get it to my car. An airport shuttle pulled up to the front entrance and did get the guy to move the ladder.

This was an excellent experience. It was close to the airport. It was clean, safe, easy access to all my needs. Staff were helpful and kind. Room was large, comfortable, and reasonably priced. It was well worth it.

The staff was very helpful, gave me a ride to the airport before shuttle started & let me grab some food before breakfast was open.
