This was first visit to a Staybridge hotel & I was very impressed. I really feel like I received value for the dollars spent. Additionally, I was late for breakfast my first morning but the food was still out so I fixed a plate. It was delicious by the way. What really impressed me was that the housekeeping staff was having a meeting & reviewed each survey with the group. This shows me that the staff really care about their guests & the property! When i travel again i will look for another opportunity to visit a Staybridge property.

The very new manager tried her best to be welcoming and friendly unfortunately it was clear the property hasn't bothered to train staff properly no clear "management" was taking place. Basic maintenance needs to be addressed in regards to the cooling units..ours kept us awake all night it was so noisy..and the kitchen in our room was missing most cutlery and what was there had not been cleaned..it still had food debris on it! The other issue was giving us a room on the 3rd floor on the opposite side of the property from the only elevator...it was very difficult to navigate 4 flights of stairs with an elderly mother and her two dogs. The pool was still full of screaming children and adults after 10pm and since our bedroom window was above the pool that was disruptive as well.
