Overall our stay was successful. Front desk reception was polite and helpful. Pool towels were too small for adult use but worked for the kids. Our hotel room parking was in the back and the step in/out of the hotel is super steep. My elderly Mom and myself almost fell out of the door a handful of times. Continental breakfast is mediocre besides the muffins. Do not have high expectations.

I travel to Missoula a lot. Second time at this hotel. Here’s the pros and cons. Pros, location for me, a nice restaurant, bar, casino an outdoor seasonal pool/patio, a variety of pillow styles, good bedding, on site laundry and I can see my vehicle from my room. Cons, it’s a cheap motel, low water pressure, and the mattress is coil exposed for pressure points. I took the bedding off the second bed to lay on and it was much better. I’ll stay here again.

Beds need to be updated. There was a party in my hall at 2:30 am till the cops were called…. Terrible night sleep. Homeless people pan handling in the parking lot. They aren’t far from being a weekly or monthly rental.

the place was just great! the sign identifying the driveway entrance was dark which was bad thing! The front doors did not say office or similar markings toward parking area, markings on doors were on side doors! Staff were extremely professional and helpful both checking in and after departure

Superb service. Great location with easy access to the airport. Room was not built for noise reduction. Plenty of talking and TV noise could be heard all adjacent rooms. Difficult to sleep. The Still Room bar was an added bonus connected to hotel.

Nice property. Staff was excellent. Shuttle to airport, excellent. Rooms very clean. A little dated. Great value for your money. Would definitely stay again.

Such a great check-in. The staff were so nice and helpful. Restaurant next door was very convenient. My room was so noisy. I could hear everyone someone came in the door from outside because it slammed. Also, you can hear everything that comes in through the hallway, not good a good night's sleep. Dirty condom in the parking lot.
