Great family stay for all of us. The rooms have plenty of space, good views and small pool and spa area. There's a small walkway by the water and a couple of fishing piers. Plenty of parking and feels very safe. The Lounge at their sister hotel seems like a nice place for drinks and good steak or salmon dinner.

The facility looks nice. Unfortunately, we had ants in the bathroom, on the desk and on the coffee table. The tv worked fine until the picture went black and there was only audio. Right before we checked out the lights started flickering in the bathroom. We told management about the issues and they were apologetic. They comp’d our $17 parking fee.

I was pleasantly surprised. Half price from where I normally stay, plus free breakfast and parking.

I enjoyed my time at this hotel. The rooms aren’t noise proof, so I requested a different room due to hearing kids running up and down above me. Then I was awaken in the middle of the night by security, because they forgot to update my room re-assignment in their system. So they thought my room was vacant. Anytime someone closes their room door, you’ll hear a loud slam. Imagine hearing a loud door slam every 10 minutes during check in hours? Overall the staff were kind & the hotel is close to the airport.

Our stay was only for the night. Parking Was interesting as the parking stalls were half pavement and half dirt road making us think no parking was available. Until we got out and noticed that it was just rocks. Check in Was smooth and room was ready even though it was late. They even have vending machines that you can heat up a full meal. Our room The lights were flickering the entire time they would be turned on regardless of the switch/lamp. The water from the bathtub was leaking from the handles. The toilet wouldn’t flush so we had maintenance come and fix it and then the next flush after he left it stopped working because the toilet wouldn’t fill with water. We had to fill up the trash can with and dump in the tank to get it to flush. Breakfast Was good but the only meat they had was in the gravy. They said normally they do have a meat but just not today. Check out Was smooth with no wait.

Rooms were huge, nice view of bay, staff was great and amenities excellent....area is a bit rough and didnt see any security in parking lot but noticed lurkers in lot casing cars. Although stay was mostly great, one thing overshadowed it all and made the stay less than adequate. For some reason they booked multiple boys high school basketball teams on the third (top) floor (i was on second floor) and they were very loud bouncing basketballs and running around until midnigh every night and early each morning. Woke me up early and kept me up at night. I complained but nothing changed...it might have gotten worse. The decision to leave unsupervised boys on the top floor seems ridiculous. Again place was nice but this was highly questionable practice wirh no remorse/repurcussions.

This hotel was perfect for our quick stay in Oakland. The breakfast had a ton of options and a really cool cappuccino machine! The pool is a little on the smaller side, but the hot tub and pool were enough to occupy my kids the one day we swam. The location was perfect for the airport, zoo and coliseum! Across the freeway was a homeless encampment but I feel like it was far enough away that I never felt scared and our car was fine for the 3 days we were here. Overall I would say this hotel exceeded our expectations!!

The hotel turned out to be better than expected. The room and bathroom was spacious. I would have given this hotel a better rating, except on the last night of our stay, our car, along with 4 others, had their windows broken by thieves. The property has security that patrol the parking lot, but I guess they were sleeping on the job or something.

The place is nice. The rooms are big, and the hotel has a beautiful view of Alameda. The other side of Embarcadero is a mess. Although to no fault of the hotel, having an open parking lot on that side, is not the best idea. Our room service was not great either. The beds were never made. I guess the personnel new we were staying several nights, so I gues they figured why make the bed? Very strange. I probably would not stay there again. I think for $200 a night, I can do better.
