Extended Stay America Suites Oakland Alameda Airport

We needed a place yo dleep before taking a flight at 5a. Leaving hotel 4a. The room was for 4 people. A double bed abd pull out couch. Linen for pull out was not available ubtil 4p. We had to keave fir donner back at 11p. When we pulled iut yhe bed there was a dirty sheet with food crumbs on the mattress. We pulled iff dirty sheet to find an even more disgusting mattress. We only had hours to dleep so my family tried to share tge obe bed and a chair. I eill never stay at this hotel again

I liked that it was quiet, so close to the airport.

It was a very convenient area by Alameda and I felt safe arriving and leaving each day I stayed there. Also, the free parking was great.

Good price, but no actual breakfast, stained carpeting, close to airport, free parking though!

The property was mostly clean, safe, free parking. The snacks were just Ok, I wish they have more options . like toast bread and jelly, yogurt,...

Did not feel safe , there were a lot of people getting drunk at the parking lot, hotel staff should not allow this Within the premises.

In a convenient area around the airport. Stayed on the 3rd floor which seemed to be mainly occupied by permanent residents. Floor smelled of smokers. Other than that a wonderful stay.

Rooms are a very good size. Water was hot with good pressure. Very convenient location in relation to the airport. The guy at the front counter was very informative and helpful with our questions.

Conveniently located near the airport

Location is noisy, being right next to the Oakland Airport. Parking lots are dimly lit. Staff and signs in the parking lots warned of theft and car break-ins. First morning of my stay, the hotel didn't have the Continental breakfast due to supply delivery. The second night of my stay the front security door had to remain propped open because of an issue with the door. After I checked into my room (222), I found that the AC didn't work and one of the outside windows was "off track," causing a loud whistling noise when the wind blew. I requested another room. The window latches of my second room (224) were broken off. The sink had cracks in it. There was only one waste basket, located in the bathroom. The clock radio did not work.
