Expect to see what you pay. Id probably pay $60 per night for this hotel. Very old, outdated and the rooms smell quite old, carpet may be a bit dirty with odors, no coffee pots or cups available. Asked front desk for a toothbrush but they didn't have any.
Overall rooms are spacious, security checks the gate after hours, parking is $10 /night.
It's was an ok stay if you're just there to sleep

Dirty place. no airport shuttle like it says. Gone downhill in last couple years. Won’t be back ever.

Check in was stated to be at 3. I arrived at 4:10 and no rooms were clean. Told to come back later. I told him my check in was supposed to be 3:00, I was told “I know!” Not the best area to be wondering around while room was being cleaned. Came back at 5:30. Room was ready but the desk clerk was extremely limited on words. No parking communication, no direction on how to get to my room. Worst stay! When entering my room I was met with an overwhelming order of cigarette smoke. Toilets had difficulty flushing. Woke up several times to someone smoking and filling our room with the sinking oder. No washcloths provided, no tissue boxes, no cups for water, check out was 11, had house keeping opening my door at 10am.

A/C or heater wasn’t working the room smell like a dead body it is a lot crush cars park in the parking a lot. Restaurant at the facility closed, pool is closed and dirty. Can’t get ice because the ice machine is not working. Can’t get nothing to drink in the facility

When I arrived they had signs that said none of the rooms have ac or heat. I was an hour early for checkin so I expected to wait, but the front desk went on a 30 minute break right before checkin time (3pm) so the lobby was full of waiting people when it came time. When I finally got to the desk to check in they told me my room was not ready and they had no estimated time for when it would be. At this point I was flabbergasted already but it gets worse.
I waiting another 30 minutes and tried again and got my room this time. The room was next to bare, with pictures missing from the wall, no tissues, no soap, and I’m sure missing other amenities. The main reason I chose this hotel was the airport shuttle since I had an early flight the next day. After making it to my room I decided to inquire about the shuttle since the desk didn’t mention it on check in. Upon asking I was told the shuttle is broke and they can do nothing for me. This made me really mad. To try and calm down I decided I needed to eat dinner so I went to the restaurant in the hotel to find the doors closed and locked. I’m sure you guessed it at this point, the restaurant was not operational. I spoke with the front desk YET AGAIN and not only was the restaurant closed but it has no timeline to reopen. THIS HOTEL HAS NOTHING THAT THEY ADVERTISE. This has BY FAR been the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had, and I’ve traveled all over the counter to cities big and small. Whatever you do, DO NOT STAY HERE

STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL! I booked this property several years ago & it was a nice place. However, the desk clerk said there's a new owner & he's let the hotel fall apart. There is NO hot water, NO restaurant, NO airport shuttle. Many of the "guests" look like they book the hotel for an hour or 2, if you get my drift. Therefore, I checked in & checked out. Being a silver member with hotels.com I received a $50 cash credit for future use & I used it to book the Holiday Inn Express Suites 1 block away. There is nothing "executive" about this hotel. To quote the late Bette Davis....WHAT A DUMP!

The heating and AC were not working.
The shuttle van did not work anymore.
The restaurant is permanently closed.
Finger prints and dirt in the room, hallways, common areas.
Nothing was as advertised except the price. We arrived late and so had no choice but to stay the night but we left as soon as we could in the morning.

Hi. I had terrible experience. The hotel and room were filthy except bed and bathroom. Homeless people stay there with vouchers, my purse was stolen across the street and their airport shuttle was not in service. This was a horrendous experience

Management needs to send help asap. Understaffed. Needs improvement in everything except my room was actually nice. Bed and bathroom were clean and working. Adequate soap. Room was quiet. However the lobby, parking lots, entrance, pool, stairwell all distgustingly gross. AC did not work in lobby. All vending machines were broken and not stocked. Bar/restaurant was chained closed. Flies filled the lobby. Carpet nasty and peeling up. Flaming hot Cheetos sat in the lobby the entire time I was there. No idea if security cameras even worked. Need major repairs and cleaning immediately
