Courtyard by Marriott Omaha Downtown

Had to pay additional fee for parking and I didn’t love that

I booked this hotel explicitly because Expedia shows 24 hour round trip airport shuttle on request. I in fact I was advised when I checked in that the service was unavailable until 07:00. My flight departed at 05:05 so I was forced to take an Uber for $51.

Very nice facility. The room I was assigned was still dirty, though, and that took a bit of time to get assigned one that "worked". And the self-parking with the QR code was beyond me. Thumbs down for that!

This has always been our favorite place to stay in the Old Market. Very disappointed to now be charged for parking just for an overnight. The charge isn't even added at the front desk. Have to scan a QR code, add license plate and enter a credit card. The room is great but for some reason the temp was set on 85 degrees. Not sure we will stay here again.

Excellent stay with quick check in, easy parking, close to CHI and the Old Market area. We will stay here again. Starbucks in the lobby topped it off!

The property was clean and the room was very nice with high ceilings. I wish they had a pool, but check in was simple and parking convenient.

The staff were friendly and the room was clean. Enjoyed the shower was modern and wonderful water pressure. It was sub zero temps and very windy out during our stay the room stayed warm but the windows were a bit drafty. Thankfully the beds were situated far enough away you didn’t feel it unless you were right next to the windows.Be careful about your bill was charged more than quoted online and I selected $10 parking on the Expedia site but had to pay $15 once there which can only be paid by using your phone. So I ended up paying for parking twice.

You charged me $10 for parking. When I got there they said it was $15.

Front Desk was not consistently staffed and phone is not answered consistently in evenings especially. I had requested shuttle to service to airport 4:00 am to catch a very early flight and was assured the shuttle service would be staffed overnight. I was told I should come to front desk 10 minutes before I wanted to depart. I did give the front desk my name and Room #502. On Saturday morning when I arrived at Front Desk was told driver did not show up for overnight shift and gave me the name of an independent Car Service. I was not pleased that Front Desk did not notify me earlier no service would be available. They did give me the number for external service so I could make my own arrangements. At 3:45 a.m. it was extremely distressing to find a ride to airport. I felt the hotel did not assist a full paying guest as they should have. I feel I deserve at least an apology.
