Horrible experience. Well to start we got there and literally smelled like weed. The walls were disgusting in the room. Hair on the bed sheets. The pool was packed and kids play area was freezing. Big slide was probably the best for my children. Fridge in the room was gross moldy. Mold around the bath tub, pillows were horrible. Only one working elevator no stairs, had to stand in line for at least 20 minutes when we got there and then after we went to the pool. Cops were there as we were leaving the pool guessing for the weed smell . Had to pay $50 in the holiday inn parking lotto park but they are supposedly refunding me $35. Haven’t seen it yet. I had such high hopes for this hotel and it was a horrible horrible experience.

Disappointment I used Hotels.com app and there was not anything saying we had to pay for parking in the motel parking lot. $15.00 a day.
The hotel was noisy being right next to a main road. Overall, okay.

The hotel=beautiful
The rooms= so pretty
Clean? No the bathroom was so filthy, like it was just replenished with towels but not cleaned. Also did not know you needed to pay for parking and also had to make a $50 deposit NOT included with the price of your room.
We were driving from Wyoming to Ohio and decided to pull over and stay. While the hotel was beautiful, I would not recommend.

Very noisy. Hard to sleep with all of the noise from the street. Lots of racing outside. Floors weren't cleaned. Beds were so we were ok. Paid parking was ridiculous. Front desk man tried to say we had to pay even if we were parked on the street, not true. Overall, unless you are staying here for a game then i would say skip it.

Great hotel to stay at. Only problem was the parking. Get there early or it's 50 dollars a night.

U have to pay for parking when you’re staying there. No bell to ring for service so we stood there forever waiting for someone. The towels in the room were stained really bad and should of not been put in the bathroom to use.

I selected this hotel as it is close to the airport as I had an early flight to catch. Imagine to my surprise, the shuttle didn't start till 8am.... definitely would have selected a different hotel as I had to spend an additional $40 for Uber

The indoor waterpark was definitely a perk. It’s much better than traditional hotel pools in size and features, so the kids loved that. Unfortunately, we also relied heavily on the airport shuttle that they claim is one of their amenities, but it was not available either of the two times we tried to use it. The staff was unsympathetic to our being stranded.

Our stay was great! Onsite restaurant wasn't anything special, onsite froyo shop was pretty good. Main pool was VERY cold but the kids & I didn't mind once we got used to it. I think it's a little weird to make guest pay for parking in their own lot but the room was cheap so still ended up being cheaper than other hotels. Room was large with king size pillows was nice.
