Solid location near PDX. Nothing special, but clean common area and rooms and quiet enough rooms. I like the hard flooring (luxury vinyl) in the rooms and simple blackout blinds. The beds and bedding were comfortable, (good, not great), but on-par with this level of hotel. Breakfast is simple and well-run. Large parking lot is well-lit and pretty quiet, overall. The issuing of a ticket each time entry/exit is a pain. 4 EV charging stations, but know they are not free/included and require SemaConnect/Blink membership.

The darkening shade - facing toward airport was broken. Bright light in room all night. Computer system down ( not hotels fault- countrywide) so no key- needed to be let in and out of room by staff- so not convenient. But the room light from airport was the problem.

Website listed available parking at $xx per nite. After booking reservation thru Expedia I contacted hotel about parking for an extended period while out of town. I was curtly informed that parking is only available if one books directly thru the hotel chain. Even for the night that I stayed there.

The staff were friendly and provided great service. I felt secure traveling alone with my daughter, with the gated parking lot, and key-swipe elevators. The hotel was welcoming and clean, and breakfast was very good.
