Front desk workers were so helpful and nice . Enjoyed the great customer service and bathrooms and room seemed clean . It’s also convenient to have this hotel 7 mins away from Portland airport , their airport shuttles were great , the drivers are so nice and cheerful.

It was clean and everyone was nice it was by the airport so parking lot was very crowded and a little noisier then what i am use to but for a quick overnight i would stay again.

Don't count on the shuttle or parking for the airport. Staff were unhelpful and snarky with people having issues with the shuttle to the airport.

It was covenient esp. for the airport parking and the early shuttle to the airport. The room was fine - although the bathroom could be cleaned between guests a bit better. All was fine for a wick overnight.

Pros-Hotel was nice and front desk staff were helpful and friendly. Bar and restaurant in hotel. Cons- not close to any restaurants. Parking lot was often full (even though you must pay $10 a night to park) as this location also parks airport overflow.

We needed more glasses in the room. Only 2 paper cups and once these were used, we couldn't make coffee. We did get more. It was crazy that we needed to pay for parking while we were staying at the hotel. There was a huge outdoor lot and it wasn't near anything.

Great hotel for business travelers like myself. Liked the restaurant on site for dinner and breakfast. Room was clean and comfortable, only drawback was there always seemed to be a lot of people hanging around the front desk area like they were waiting for a bus or something. They really need to find a different place for them to wait.

If you need to stay near the airport, this is fine. It’s clean, the staff are nice, and it’s a few minutes from PDX. However - our room wasn’t cleaned once over our four day stay, we called for towels twice and never received them, I went down three times for fresh towels and once was brushed off. Nothing is within walking distance, so if you’d like to see Portland or get a Portland feel - stay downtown.

Really close to airport. We had a very early flight so it was great to avoid traffic.
