I don’t know why hotels make us feel like prisoners but this one did. No guests after a certain time $100 deposit and just felt like I should have taken a mug shot. The room’s spacious could have fit another bed and had more available space and have more supply which would allow for less of a price. Alas late stage capitalism at work. Control the cost charge more for the room. Hallways felt dreary and the lock mechanism was aged. No hair soap or conditioner and for the same price I could have gotten it at another hotel. I wish there was affordable hotels near the airport for the early flights but alas why would they want to…

I picked this hotel because of the free parking that was readily available. They use a parking towel underneath the building. Very very soft bed. Doesn't exactly look as advertised but it's still good though job. When in Portland always lock your vehicles that goes for any hotel. Also if you're checking in late you have to call ahead to arrange someone to be at the desk. Overall trip was very comfortable.

First of all don't ask for extra towels!! With a language barrier I left towels outside door in hallway because they will not give you another towel unless you exchange it for a dirty one they only supply 2 as it is. Went to the front desk explaining the situation and the employee there was rude did not believe that I left towels outside the door in the hallway and in not so many words accused me of lying I offered for employee to check my room for the towels and he said I guess I have to take your word for it. Rooms don't come with everything described in listing after the towel incident I was terrified to ask for extra pillows was only supplied with 2. 600/week in not the best area is a good price for the room however the customer service could be better. I've never stayed at a hotel/motel that was so crazy about asking for extra towels. Had packages delivered and signed for by someone at the desk that somehow disappeared. The rooms are spacious with separate kitchenette/dining area like a cute studio apartment. There's a diverse range of guests and everyone was friendly enough secure underground parking and some employees are better than others. Don't ask for extra towels or pack yourself one or two as they do have laundry machines available for use. Nice to have the option to store and cook food although no pots, pans, dishes or utensils are provided as the description stated. One room had no stove in it had to be moved so I could have one but was downgraded in bed size

We got to our hotel between 9pm and 10pm, and they're were no staff to check us in! We had just landed after flying in from oversees, and really needed to sleep. Unfortunately we had to drive an extra 3 hours... exhausted, and with heat stroke...to get home since we weren't able to check in to our room. Security told us front desk often leaves by 3pm. Functional hotels don't run like this! I certainly hope hotels.com doesn't support this motel going forward and reading all of the other horrible reviews it's gotten.

Shady, sketchy, hard pass, never again. The parking garage smells like old urine. The room was missing appliances for food prep. The water pressure was practically nonexistent and the water never got sufficiently hot for a shower. There were people loitering around outside all the time and tons of barking and yelling in the hallways until late at night. The bed was miserably uncomfortable. My dog was almost attacked by an aggressive pit bull in the lobby. I didn't feel comfortable leaving anything unattended in my room or car so I packed everything to bring with me every time I came and went. And to really seal how sketchy it is, the soap packaging had info for reaching human trafficking help hotlines. The neighborhood was unpleasant and the only reason I felt safe at all was because my dog is trained for some personal protection, but I would've been happier with my pistol. I would've been better off sleeping in my car.

Lol called a studio without any furniture to speak of in living area. Dresser and sorta table. Kitchen area was cool though. Definitely run down, bouncy bed, but it was fine for night before flying out.

This property was very serviceable. The service was nice and prompt. The parking garage was dirty and had a bad odor. Only compliant was that the room was extremely hot when we arrived but the window A/C unit cooled the room down quickly.
