Great customer service upon arrival. We needed a place close to the airport and thought this looked perfect. A little hard to locate if you aren’t local, but we found it.

Room was ready early. We dropped off our rental car the afternoon before our flight and was able to use the shuttle back to hotel. The restaurant was very good.

We ended up staying at the Radisson after a mix up at another hotel so we needed a reservation late in the day which I did through hotels. Com. The check-in went well enough but the non smoking room we received had clearly been smoked in not long before we arrived. It was terrible. No way house keeping should have passed the room. I've stayed at many Radissons for business travel. Last time I'll ever stay at the one in Portland.

Wonderful stay at the Radisson. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel special. Our room was clean, comfortable and just what we needed for a quick overnight for an early morning flight. Would definitely stay here again!

My stay was for 5 nights. For 3 of those nights, the parking gate did not open when we left the parking lot. Each time we had to go into the lobby and have the front desk staff issue another pass. For 3 nights, my room key had to be re-coded to get access to hotel and room doors. I talked to some other guests, and they had similar problems with the parking gate. In most part the hotel staff were very understanding and remedied the problems quickly. I have used this hotel for many years and it was the one of best as far as customer service and accommodations were concerned. This stay was far below my expectations.

It was okay. A lot of the parking spots were coned off, for whatever reason, so parking wasn't great. It appears that i was over charged for my stay. The food in the restaurant is a little over priced and the waitress was rude. The room was clean and pretty comfortable. The clerk at the front desk was nice and professional.
