The pool area is spectacular. It stays open year round and is heated. Insisde there is a jacuzzi with a waterfall and a small kid pool thats only 2 ft deep. The area is close to all amenities. Several nearby beaches. Our room even had a full massage chair at no added cost. Nice bonus after travelling on the road for several days. The rooms were clean and spacious, could use a little refreshing as they were a little dated Overall great stay at a reasonable price.

While sections of the hotel and rooms could use an update, the overall amentiies are spectacular. The outdoor pool is quite large and heated as its open all year round. Indoor you will find a snall kiddie pool that is only 2 ft deep. There is also a hottub with a cascading waterfall. I was suprised to find a massage chair in our room free of charge! Quite enjoyed that after travelling for several hours. Great location. There is a gas station and Circle K right at the driveway entrance to hotel and plenty of shopping and restaurants near by. Several beaches are also.close by.

To be honest at first sight I was under whelmed. Looked a bit dated. I'm thinking uh oh did I make a mistake? Checkin was great, parking easy. The hotel is very clean with comfy bed and extremely pleasant staff! Morning breakfast was quite adequate and tasty, with indoor and outdoor seating, and again very friendly staff! The pool was nice and warm wish I could have had more time to swim! Would definetly stay again!

It was close to the airport which was nice. I didn’t realize pets were allowed and there was a dog barking a lot close to our room when we were trying to sleep.

Nice hotel, and pool. Unfortunately, there was a highschool baseball travel team also staying, the teenagers ran around like Montessori 2nd graders left unsupervised. Banging on paying customers doors and yelling at 10 pm. Complaints to the front desk stifled the group in a timely manner.

Hospitality, start to finish, was exceptional. Room was comfortable, clean and quiet. Breakfast was adequate for a vegan traveler. Hot tub overused by youth (eg, 20-25 in tub at once) and consequently was out of service for most of my stay. Perhaps that area could be better monitored. Location convenient to Portland.

Close to All activities in the area. Tours of Portland, beaches, shopping. Safe neighborhood. Quiet area. Plenty of parking. Room was clean and had everything we needed. Pool and whirlpool were a wonderful amenity. Breakfast was average but had a nice selection. Well maintained area. Quick and easy check in / out process.

Good size room ours was on third floor, hotel is in close proximity to highways, Maine Mall and a short drive to beaches and some restaurants. Free breakfast with various food items didn’t disappoint, eating area is bit small, but the hotel had many guests during our stay, so try and get there ideally around 9am a bit less crowded. The outside heated pool is great and plenty of free parking. Staff is very helpful and grounds are kept clean. Based on our experience I would highly recommend, good quality for price paid!
