Portland Sheraton at Sable Oaks

We were pleasantly surprised by the full bar with a number of craft cocktails and other great offerings and the food from the restaurant was awesome. Close to airport which made travel super easy.

Staff was very nice. However, I was told there were no extra blankets. The front desk staff offered extra sheets which I agreed would be an ok alternative. The sheets were never delivered to the room. Also, the conversion between the bath tap and shower head is not obvious. Restaurant was great - prompt service and good food. Super to have the shuttle to/from airport

Front desk said we couldn’t use pool upon check in. I explained the reason we booked was for our daughter to use pool. He offered to shuttle girls to nearby hotel. For 2 hours after checking in, other guests continued to use the pool. We entered the pool around 8pm without issue after being told we couldn’t use it. I felt the front desk clerk discriminated against us as guests. This was a very uncomfortable stay at Sheraton. Will never stay again.

This is my go-to location when traveling to the Portland area. The hotel is clean and modern, and the restaurant offers top-notch food and beverages for both breakfast and dinner. Service in both the hotel and restaurant were also exceptional.

The reception/check-in process was less than welcoming. The gentleman was very abrupt, not even letting me finish my question before telling me to give him my credit card. How bout a "hello" or "welcome" before getting right to business. I've come to expect better from a Sheraton. Your handicap parking is awful. It's not convenient or close to the front entrance. Rather, it's at the side of the building, as if you're trying to keep those that are handicapped out of the way. Shame on you! While the hotel was very nice, you really need to step up the coffee situation in your rooms. How about a Keurig and actual liquid creamer and not the cheap, tasteless powdered packages? Really, that's what a $350 per night room gets? I stayed in 7 hotels on my road trip and this hotel had the least amount of conveniences. I'll choose another chain next time around.

The room was exceptionally clean and up-to-date. Hotel restaurant had great food. The area felt safe and was close in proximity to both the airport and Old Port/downtown area

We liked having shuttle service from the airport. Room didn’t have enough towels , did not seem clean and had a cigarette smell. My husband cut his foot on something sharp due to the carpet and tile seam. No coffee bar.

Clean rooms. Close to the city and airport.

Good location to airport.
