Easy car parking - plenty of room. Quick check in for our overnight stay. Room was pleasant enough, noisy aircon. Walk across the road to nearest bar and grill. Breakfast was sufficient enough to keep us going. Overall ok stay.

We needed a room next to the airport for the night before we flew home. I booked this hotel based on the reviews on here but was left disappointed. The hotel and our room was clean, but our room was dated and the bed was awful, not much support, I woke up with a very sore back. The breakfast was good, a lot of selections to choose from. Friendly cooks who make sure the food was fresh which was appreciated. Overall, we wouldn't stay their again and regretted not staying next door at the Hampton Inn that had more amenities including a pool and hot tub. The airport shuttle service was a nice perk.

Outstanding service, especially from Mitul the hotel manager. He was waiting for the hotel van picking us up at the airport, I did not realize he was connected with the hotel. He had a rough day, waiting over 12 hours for a flight out that eventually got cancelled. Despite this, he took charge at the check- in desk with efficiency, offering a complimentary upgrade and recommending an excellent dinner spot in Warwick. Even though his day had been difficult, he maintained a positive attitude and showed genuine care for his guests. We could use more people like Mitul in this world, truly one of the best!

Check in staff never mentioned we needed a parking pass for our car. The only reason I got one was I overheard another guest getting one 7 hours later

While clean, it is very old property. The staff was excellent, location convenient, restaurants, gas stations etc. Less than five minutes from airport. I stayed there for the free breakfast convenience, as we had extremely early appointments each day. However, the first and second day, there was zero food left, not even toast. The third and fourth day, we opted to not even grab a coffee. The staff at front desk, were really nice and helpful. Great for anyone on a budget, safe area, ample parking too.

I enjoyed my stay here at Best Western. It was a convenient stay for 2 nights and had all the basic essentials I personally needed. I will say if there are any 18 travelers coming here, you need to have someone at least 21 y/o to check you guys in. Other than that it was a very nice stay.
