Radisson Hotel Providence Airport

I gave the property 3 stars ( average) because of current construction going on a the property. The room itself was great. Construction didn’t bother us from our room. You currently need to enter from the back of the property. Now you're aware about the current construction and it wont bother you once in you’re room. If the price is right for you, go ahead and book a stay. The location is right across the street from the airport making it really convenient for you’re flight (especially early morning).

The hotel is UNDER CONSTRUCTION, with no signage in the parking lot. It was very dangerous, especially for a woman traveling alone on a rainy night. I am not a fearful person, nor am I complainer, but the parking lot was dark and very far from the temporary entrance. There was no signage indicating that the hotel was under renovation prior to my arrival, nor were there signs posted in the parking lot that indicated the hotel was being renovated. More importantly, there were no signs anywhere directing customers to where the temporary entrance was located. I was not about to attempt to walk across the dirty parking lot with my heavy suitcase trying to figure out where to check in. I called the front desk and they were not clear about the entrances. They said all doors were unlocked, which also is not safe for paying customers. I first drove around looking for some indication of where the entrance was. I parked in a handicapped space next to a garbage dumpster. The hotel room was not bad, but the floor was dirty and once I checked in, I washed it with a towel to walk around barefoot. The hallway carpet, which they are replacing. The staff was as pleasant as possible, but I am sure it was not a pleasant experience for them. Also, the sign for the Radisoon was not lit up.The manager will only give a 25% refund, he said, "You have used the facility, and it served the purpose." I can't believe he is in the hospitality business! Shame on him!

Hotel was under renovation. This should have been disclosed on website to inform travelers and provide transparency

This hotel was s nightmare. Under cinstruction. No hotel parking lot. No main entrance. We should have known this before reserving . Also expensive.

Perfectly fine hotel, the rooms were comfortable, the front desk stuff was not helpful nor accommodating and their attitude was not of helping the guest. The hotel itself was good, we were happy with our rooms and parking was great.

The hotel is under construction so the entrance is a bit confusing, but once past that, it is very clean and extremely convenient to the airport. The staff was also very helpful, friendly and courteous.

They lied up front when i contacted them prior about parking situation- i would be parking way in rear with short term and long term airport users I paid to park in hotel across st parking lot, lot safer Building under construction, got woke up by large , lot ammenities listed NOT available Large equipment pushing dumpster outside my window and woke me up AM today

The hotel is currently under renovation, the restaurant is closed, and there appeared to be no nearby options for meals. Very close to PVD with a free airport shuttle, worked out well for a late arrival from CA, but we probably wouldn't stay here again for any other reason.

The parking area was quite a distance from the hotel and it is not lite well for a night time check in.

I suspect that when construction is finished, the issues will have been addressed, but there was significant construction in the lobby and hallways and I wish this would have been noted somewhere in Expedia. The price difference wasn't so great that it should have tipped me off. Even when there isn't construction though, most of the parking is behind the hotel, which didn't appear to have the best lighting. The room itself was generally fine, except that the toilet and shower are in one "room" and the sink is on the other side of the entry. It was an odd set-up. The shower, however, was really nice - great water pressure and temp. Everything inside of the room itself was clean.
