The room was very clean as well as the breakfast area (which gave a wonderful array of breakfast items to enjoy). Truly liked the 24hr coffee/tea station & took full advantage of it! The industrial road & parking lot has seen better days- 2 sunken sewer areas that you have to treat like speed bumps or risk injury to your vehicle.
The only issue was upon check-in where I'd requested a room close to the lobby & was assigned the room furthest from it! Their outside workers were just outside our windows-- lovely view. And though the young lady at the desk was exceptional in her duties, she could use a lesson on slowing down her speech. Once checked-in, she gave us the low-down on the facility (pool/gym/breakfast hours) that was said super fast & had to ask her to repeat.

Property is well taken care. I dislike that you have to pay $10 for parking a day, however I guess the free breakfast makes up for it. Breakfast buffet is decent/good, I had no complaints. Coffee is good too. I stayed in 2bd/2bth suite which was beautiful. Although bed is quite firm for my liking. Downtown providence is 15-20 mins away. I’d recommend for large groups (4-6 ppl) needing to stay for a weekend. Overall 9/10 stay, due to the lack of comfort of my bed.

We were upgraded before we even checked in from a King studio to a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom suite! Perfect for traveling with kids. Everything was great although one tv didn’t work. Thankfully we had two others!

The location is close enough to Providence-Warwick without the higher prices. It is conveniently located by the airport which has a good amount of bars and restaurants within a short drive. The suite had comfortable pillows and beds we will be returning

I booked this through hotels.com - I don't think I will do that again, since hotels.com didn't update their site to include the fact that the pool/hot tub were closed. We picked this location primarily for that but in addition to some other amenities like the free breakfast (which was great). When we arrived we were super disappointed. Felicia and Ryan immediately came to help. Actually searching other hotels for us after learning we were having a girls weekend. Not just telling us hotels, but searching. It allowed us to make a connection to the hotel. We ultimately decided to stay. They treated us with some champagne and then when our room didn't have king bed (as I booked on hotels.com) they upgraded us. They made us feel important and valued. They made the difference in us deciding we were going to stay. All the rest of the staff was wonderful too. I believe it was Ashley that assisted us too. We got a late check out and spent the afternoon in the lobby area which was awesomely set up for lounging, watching TV (with a fireplace) AND playing games. One of the girls was waiting for her flight so this made for a perfect place to hang. Next time I book directly. But many thanks for helping our weekend be fun and carefree.

Reasonably clean, room was very noisey between heating unit and dog barking. Also had to pay for parking, like I didn't already pay enough for the room.

Likes: The room was great. The complimentary breakfast was delicious. We enjoyed using the pool and jacuzzi.
Dislikes: Room did not include complimentary water bottles and only sells them for $4 each at the front desk. Overnight parking costs $10 even though the lot is not enclosed.

Would have rated 5 of 5 based on= Friendly 24-hr staff; GREAT Location to airport and shopping; All areas Clean interior & exterior; Breakfast excellent selection & quantities (staff right on it to replenish); Superb extras (pool, gym, basketball court, grill area, & LARGE lounge area). BUT, rated a 4 based on 3 items= ONLY 1 elevator (35 rooms each on 3 floors), sofa bed too lumpy for an adult (okay for a small kid); magnetic strip key card kept getting disconnected if placed near cell, keys (but they are supposedly converting key-entry soon). Would ABSOLUTELY return and advise others to stay.

Stayed 4 nights here and it was worth the money. The bed was very comfy and the overall hotel was quiet. The complimentary breakfast is a bit better than you would expect and it's nice that they have 24hr hot water for tea and coffee. I must have missed the fine print but was not aware there was a $10 parking fee per day unless you stay 5 nights or more, not ridiculous but just a heads up. The staff was very kind and helpful with any questions I had. Room was clean however, the cloth shower curtain had a light mildew smell.
I would gladly stay here again upon my return to Rhode Island.
