NYLO Providence Warwick Hotel, Tapestry Collection by Hilton

Property is nice, conveniently located. The customer service was ok, room nicely decorated. The bathroom sink is tiny and impossible to use to wash your face without getting water all over. The shower floor was slippery, we had to put a towel down so we wouldn’t slip and fall. Very little water pressure and the temp changes to cold while in the shower. Pillows were flat and not very comfortable. The hotel makes you pay 10/day to park in there parking lot.

The hotel was exceptionally clean and modern for a remodel of an older building. There was construction at the time of our stay which was annoying. And they left the music on outside in the pavilion overnight but it didn't happen again when I mentioned it to the staff. The parking was less than desirable. There needs to be more lighting in the parking area but it seems to be a safe neighborhood.

Only negative parking is across street but most clean hotel I’ve stayed at and the most comfortable beds!!

I thought the property layout, design & finishes were done very tastefully. Wasn't sure I was going to like the concrete walls, ceilings & floors but it was great. My disappointment was the fee for parking. I had called to inquire about parking and was told parking was free and was then charged $20.00. Tried disputing charge but needed to speak to GM. Sent GM an email on Friday 5/10 regarding the parking issue.

I have stayed here before and property was worth it for the price. There is now new management and the experience was very different. Front desk staff was not as welcoming and they now charge for parking. The parking is already not convenient as it is across the street. There are many better places to stay with free parking and better service. Of note, the floor can be very cold due to the concrete to plan accordingly.

When I arrived at airport Wednesday night there was an airport shuttle. Also Thursday morning there was a shuttle back to the airport. When I got back from my appointments in Boston; I was informed that Upper Management @ HILTON no longer has airport Shuttle so Thursday afternoon; twice on Friday and again Saturday morning I had to rely on Uber. For my Next appointments in August: I will NOT stay here again.

Close to airport, clean. The first staff member I spoke with was very nice and helpful.

Really enjoyed our stay in this funky, cool, modern industrial hotel. Free parking across street. Easy check in. We utilized river view corner suite. Gorgeous views from giant windows. Could not ask for more. The shower is SIMPLY DIVINE. Large, steaming hot, with rainfall shower head and the Crabtree and Evelyn toiletries available were nice touch. Bed was amazingly comfortable and we both slept great. Fresh crisp line and fluffy pillows. We were the closest room the elevator and did not hear it at all which is awesome! Kristopher K who checked us in was lovely, and he sent us a text to make sure we were happy with our room. A+ customer service. A few small cons: hvac sort of loud. I think this is because the style of this place is a lot of cement, exposed pipes, etc. This did not bother us because we like this sort of white noise when we sleep but some may not. We did find a few things to be a bit dusty in our room - lamps, tv remote, etc which was a little strange. I do wish they had smart TVs so you can pull up your streaming apps. We can't wait to return here on our next trip to Rhode Island.

The hotel was cute & Nothing out of the ordinary. The parking lot is across the street and not well lit at night. The rooms do not come with a refrigerators or microwaves however, there is a microwave on each floor in a common area. Also bring a pair of house shoes or thick to wear in the room the floors are concrete and get very cold.

Convenience and proximity to the airport. Less than 10 minutes.
