The door handle fell off the bathroom. Staff disgruntled. However room clean. Safe parking. Cot provided at small extra charge.

This hotel is overpriced for what you get. Room needed an update: dirty carpet, broken bathroom door handle, toilet seat loose. Housekeeping left trash in the room from prior guest. Desk staff all unfriendly. And the “grab and go” breakfast is nothing more than coffee and cheap packaged muffins. It was a convenient location and parking was plentiful, but those were the only positives.

This location is trash. Shower was slippery bust my behind then went to lay down and there was a roach on the bed. No refund offered. The manager didn’t care one bit!! At night there is so much traffic in the parking lot and building! Not good traffic either. Had to ask front desk was this in a bad area

We needed a hotel for just one night as our vacation cottage stay had ended but our flight home wasn't until the next day. We arrived very late but were warmly received by the hotel manager. The room was very clean and quiet. Also, we booked this the day before we stayed there and got a great rate on Expedia.com. The overall experience was most positive!
