The property is in poor condition. Don't know where to start... thermostat didn't work. Remote didn't work. Shower spray couldn't be adjusted. Stayed two nights and my room wasn't cleaned!! I pay for a clean room right??? Got stuck in the elevator.. went to first floor and door didn't open, back to 5th floor more people got on and back to first floor and door didn't open, loud sounds from elevator. 3rd time finally opened. Trash and food on elevator floor that was there the whole time. There was apparently a family party and they decided to set up a large grill in the parking lot taking up 4 parking spaces and went late night . Kids running everywhere and screaming. Hotel did nothing.

Overall a good hotel conveniently near the airport. Staff was excellent as well. We had checked in via the app and preselected the room but it was not ready when we entered it. When we went down to the front desk, the gentleman there was very apologetic and accommodating. He even provided us with complimentary snacks and drinks from the little store there. The only real draw back about the place was a strange foul odor coming from the water in the toilet. I think the water had been treated with a sulfur containing compound and was quite strong. It went away after a couple of flushes though.

The stay was great! Had an early morning flight and the proximity to RDU made the stay worthwhile. Lobby was clean, smelled fresh upon entry. Same is true for the bedroom, minus a small “uncommon” odor in the bathroom, but after using a few sprays and lotions it was masked a bit. I slept well nonetheless. Checking in and out was a breeze. Reserving online was convenient. Loved it. 10/10 recommend. I’ve stayed at this particular hotel once before also, so that helped me in planning to stay there again!

This was a very nice hotel, not much around it, but the airport is very close. There is also a convenience store within walking distance with many foord options.

Convenient to the airport. Clean and nice smelling lemongrass when you walk in. Carl at the front was pleasant and efficient. We like this hotel
