I don’t understand why they charge a resort fee and charge for parking. This seems I got scam. The property was very nice. They should just build the resort fee in to the price and people can then make a decision if they want to stay there or not.

Woke up by a loud garbage truck at 6:30 am on a Sunday morning. The bed was so uncomfortable all night felt as if we were going to fall off the bed. Why are so many parking spots filled with hotel furniture? Tried to make a reservation for oceano restaurant from our room on the phone (as we have done many time in the past) and were told we had to come down to put our name on a list to then wait 45 minutes for a text. Why couldn’t that have been done over the phone so we didn’t have to come down from the north tower to hang out in the smoke for 45 minutes!!!!!! We have stayed at the peppermill so many times over the years, feel like it is going down hill! Probably will give the Atlantis or GSR a try next visit.

We loved everything about our stay. The staff were top notch and rooms amazing. Had a few issues with parking directions and exiting the parking garage. A few slot machines had technical issues.

We had a late flight home, so it’s great that we were offered an amenity key to be able to use the pools and have a shower in the fitness center after. All the staff are super friendly. The meals are huge, would have liked to be able to order a half order of anything. Even the kids meals were way too much food! All in all, a great stay.

Property itself was very nice clean. The area around was not so much. The temperature controls in the room dont actually control the temp. The room was warm every night. We were coming from Houston during a hurricane and all flights were cancelled, however the hotel would not work with me or expedia on rescheduling reservations by one day although they had rooms. I had to lose my money for day that 1st day that we could not arrive, then purchase another room to add an additional day.

Great hotel. Close to the airport and the shuttle was available with no wait. The hotel room is clean, the king bed is very comfortable and the steam shower is AMAZING! The pool is very nice with many food choices available. Can’t wait to come back.

Well kept property with lots of close by self parking. Restaurants very good. Music in one of the bars most nights. Will be back.

We recently had a very disappointing experience. While I must admit that the housekeeping service was exceptional and the pool area was pleasant, the negative aspects of my stay far outweighed any positives.
Firstly, I was incredibly disappointed with the location of my room. It was situated in a horrible part of the hotel, with a view of an unsightly alleyway. The lack of natural light and the constant noise from outside made it an incredibly uncomfortable stay. It felt as though I was trapped in a dark, dingy cave.
To make matters worse, the elevator was broken during my entire stay. This meant that I had to climb up and down several flights of stairs every time I wanted to leave or return to my room. Not only was this incredibly inconvenient, but it also posed a safety risk, especially for guests with mobility issues.
Speaking of the stairs, I was shocked to find that the window glass along the stairwell was broken. This was not only unsightly but also dangerous. Broken glass poses a serious hazard, and I expected a hotel of this caliber to prioritize guest safety and promptly address such issues.
Furthermore, the overall facility was outdated and in desperate need of renovation. The furniture in my room was old and worn out, giving off a shabby and uninviting atmosphere. It was clear that the hotel had not invested in updating their facilities to meet modern standards, which was extremely disappointing.
