Our overall night stay was great! Room looked clean, all water faucets worked, bed was comfortable, didn’t see anything damaged or non-functional. Customer service was very nice and polite. Hotel is right across from the airport making it an easy access very short commute.

Room key cards did not work at first and had to be recoded. I asked for a wake up call but then discovered the phone did not work. They promised maintenance would replace the phone but they never did.
The furnishing in the room are fine but the furniture looks tired and old.
Nice list of tv channels and the lobby do list the airport arrivals and departures.

Our only issue was that the desk attendant forgot to call for the shuttle after we requested it. Had to go back to the desk again when the driver hadn't shown up after waiting for 45 minutes.
Otherwise everything was fine.

I always like staying there. Across the street from airport. Rooms are quite and clean. Good pool area. Lots of parking. Bus stop in front. They have a restaurant and bar. Very nice staff.

It was a good price.
Staff did their job at checking but really wasn't welcoming to guests arriving when check in time was stated. If check begins at 3pm, staff should be prepared for guests.
I stayed because I had an early flight and needed to be by the airport.
Room was clean and met needs, but service overall could be better.

Place is very old, outdated, dirty, staff not friendly or even around for check-in (had to wait 5-6 minutes for them to return), check in desk is full of clutter, HVAC smells, bed uncomfortable. This might have been a prime hotel in the 1980's, now is 40 years later and I can't really see any upgrades or routine maintenance. Best part of trip was the nice retired guy who picked us up at the airport. He was friendly.
