The new rooms are so nice. Easy parking, no fee for early check in-great room!

Reception - had to wait although nobody was in line, janitorial staff and housekeeping more helpful giving information Directional signs confusing Tried cancelling prior to cancellation deadline - was told I couldn't. The smell was overwhelming causing breathing problems Had to wait 45 minutes for shuttle at airport

Great hotel, clean, good parking and shopping. Great food at the restaurants.

We enjoy staying at the Atlantis. The restaurants are great and parking is free and easy.

My first experience was with valet parking and the gentleman was so nice and friendly. From that point on I was in the best of hands.

I’ve never stayed at The Atlantis before. We usually stay at GSR when visiting Reno. The parking is confusing. Most spots near the entrance are reserved for club members. I ended up having to park further away than I wanted with my luggage. Once inside the casino, I had to lug my stuff through clouds of smoke. It’s very dark and the walkways aren’t clearly marked and along with all the flashing lights from the slot machines - it feels as though they’re purposefully obscured. The casino is aged and could def use an update. Our room was on the 18th floor and was lovely. I was surprised how nice it was compared to the condition of the casino. We ate at the sushi restaurant upstairs and it was good. Idk though, as nice as the room was, for the price, I think I’ll stay at GSR next time.

Our stay was great! Registration was quick and painless. Friendly & helpful staff throughout the entire hotel. Had everything we needed. Multiple restaurants including one open 24 hours. Huge buffet. Casino. A little store. 2 swimming pools, 1 inside & 1 outside. Food & beverage service at both. Hot tub. Spa. 24 hour arcade. Room was clean & comfy. TV, refrigerator, safe, iron/board. Only missing a microwave. Room service. Valet & plenty of self parking. Great music playing throughout the property, even in the parking lot! Away from the main group of casinos but worth the drive. My only complaint is there were no souvenirs that said Atlantis. Will definitely be coming back here again! ATLANTIS IS OUR NEW FAVORITE RENO CASINO!! My 6 year old son agrees!

Great hotel! Our 25th floor room was awesome! Easy parking and casino area was clean and not too crowded. Very friendly staff.

The smoking smell is way too strong everywhere, not recommended this hotel if you are traveling with babies / toddlers.
