Clean. But I was told parking was not safe

There is no true shuttle. The ride guy at the counter calls you a Lyft.

We had a long travel day. The website said they had a Bar & Grill. I was anticipating having a glass of wine with something to eat. They did not provide wine....and it didn't look like they had food. They said it would be a 5 minute walk to the nearest place that served wine. Also, the person at the front desk was more interested in with what was playing on his computer than helping us. While it was a very nice hotel, I will probably not stay there again.

I paid for my stay and did not get to be in my room because they didn’t have a physical card to swipe even though I paid digitally and had my card digitally. So they declined my stay and was forced to stay over night at the airport on military orders

Close to the airport

We stayed overnight on the 9th of March. Our check in person was awesome, very nice, helpful and personable. The hotel was very well kept, nice sized room. It is near the airport and highway, so we expected ambient noise to be raised due to location and that was the case. We also had some very noisy neighbors who apparently thought it was a good time to have an all night argument with a crying child, but that is not the hotel's fault. It just didn't help as I had a 4 AM wake up on a night we lost an hour due to time change. Only thing we found odd was the air freshener in the elevator. We thought it was someone's bad cologne at first......maybe find a new scent and put a sign that the vapors you see are from the air freshener. Overall, would highly recommend.

Our stay was good. I think they advertised free breakfast but they charged for it. Also their transfer system to and from airport is terrible. The use Lyft drivers who’s cars aren’t big enough to carry luggage. They need a shuttle van

We were only there for one night to catch an early flight but everyone was so nice and friendly and the hotel was very clean and beds were so comfy. We enjoyed a nice drink at the bar in the evening and a good breakfast in the morning.

The property advertises "Airport Shuttle", this is not the case. They will "call Lyft" for you if you need to get back and forth from the airport. Also, breakfast is NOT complimentary, they require you to pay.

The only thing I didn't like was we had to pay for breakfast. It is not complimentary, which means traveling with kids and visiting family all I wanted is to eat breakfast with out having to drive any where. The pool was fun, the staff was very friendly, and they had a full stock store in case you forgot anything.
