Pretty clean and quiet hotel. Their lobby is spacious and lots of tables to sit at. The breakfast provided was pretty basic but good. The room we booked was clean and very spacious for family of 6. More security is needed in the parking area. Our friend’s truck was broken into over night. Other than that, all went well.

The shuttle service is perfect: quick and convenient, 24h. The breakfast was delicious, hot wafles, omelettes and toasts, among others. The check out is at noon, which makes it much easier than the usual 11h am. Our only problems were with the special requests we had made through expedia that had not been checked by the hotel, so we had no baby crib and no sheets for the sofa bed when we arrived.

I called from the airport when I landed for a shuttle to pick me up. The driver helped me with my bags and made me feel very welcome. I was able to check in quickly. The room was spacious, with lots of amenities. Huge fridge, microwave, dishes & silverware. It was as good as any Air B&B and a great price.

My family and I had a wonderful stat at his hotel. We had the great breakfast every morning, used the laudromat, had plenty of free parking, employees bent over backward for us. I'd stay there again when visiting San Antonio. This place was so close to all the sights we wanted to visit. The Alamo,Doseum, Riverwalk, not mention right across from the Airport.

There is a small strip mall with a Restaurant and a neighborhood tavern and a gas station/Convenient store just across parking lot. Mall and shopping plaza just minutes away. Great location and airport shuttle runs every half hour.

Spacious rooms, good location and a friendly accommodating staff. We decided based on this stay that Homewood suites will be our preferred chain from here on. Also, if you’re the type to dig dive bars Barfly (located just across the parking lot) has it all.

:The property is located very close to the air port. :Be sure to have a good security system on your truck. My brand new F-250 Lariat truck was stolen from the hotel parking lot. :Make sure you get your deposit back for incidentals as well.

Close to airport and restaurants. Beds were clean and comfortable. Hotel is old and tired. Shuttle van and driver were awful. Can was filthy and run down.
