Perfect. From the courtesy shuttle to the front desk on departure I will stay here again. The room was superb.

Nice hotel for a stay close to airport. Just stayed overnight no complaints. Airportle shuttle service was nice

Mattress had obvious sag on right side. Needs to be replaced. Mirror light in bathroom did not work. Shower glass not cleaned. Hazy and spotty. Grime behind hanging shampoo bottles. Shuttle driver almost left the pickup spot without so much as pulling up to curb or opening the door. She had to be honked at and I had to run to her in the roadway. She said she didn’t know where I’d be and was going to loop around again. After I already waited 25 minutes I didn’t want to wait any longer. I was at the exact location that the hotel operator told me to wait at. You should offer grab and go breakfast for those who have to leave before the regular breakfast starts at 7. Need a better variety of food in the sundry shop. Would be nice to have something microwaveable but shelf stable like cup o noodles for late travelers who don’t get a meal yet.

The room was very comfortable. It was like a mini-apartment with frig, microwave, sofa room with desk. Plenty of pillows to adjust your sleeping position. Even though it was right there off freeway across from airport was very quiet. Only challenge was I had no hot water in my shower in the morning. Brrrrrrr sucked it up anyway.

Hotel was very clean, and the staff upon arrival was excellent. We were on a family trip with a grandkid and a grandbaby. The A/c was not cooling after 1 a.m. We stuck it out as not to wake the grandbaby and our airflight was at 6:15 a.m. When asked how our stay was from the young lady in the morning, i explained and she had a remark of im sorry to hear that and have a good day. She had a sweater as it was freezing in the lobby. I work in the construction industry and you cater to your clients as they are how you receive a paycheck. Just a little consideration goes a long way. ROOM 122

Wi-Fi was out when I arrived, had been out for days and did not get restored for 2 days after checking in. Unacceptable for a business traveler dependent on getting online working from a hotel room.

Great location near airport

Very noisy due to airplanes landing at the nearby airport flying virtually overhead . Also traffic was very noisy from the nearby freeway.

Nice beds, quiet room, easy access to airport

The only positive about this hotel is that it is close to the airport and offers a free shuttle. The hotel looks dated and in need of some updates. The AC unit loudly kicked on about every 2 minutes and gave off a weird smell. The bathroom was right across from the beds, and the doors had that attractive frosted glass design that does not block any light coming from the bathroom. Very fun when someone has to use the bathroom in the middle of the night. Our room also had no towels in it - just a single hand towel. When I went to the front desk to ask for towels and bedding for the sofa bed, the front desk receptionist interrupted my request to let me know she'd grab everything we needed. I got the impression this was a normal occurrence here. If you just need a place to crash for a night, this place is fine. But I was thankful we were only here for one night.
