Drury Plaza Hotel San Antonio Airport

The hotel, to me, was a message of grandeur. There were like 5 people working along side the reception stocking the snacks, taking out the trash receptacle and attending other guests. I didn't know they offered the covered parking lot! And on the floor that you're staying at! Awesome experience overall. Not the first time staying at a Drury, but first at one this fancy.

I recently traveled to San Antonio for business, and stayed at the Drury Plaza. From check-in until I left, my stay was quiet and comfortable. Jessica at the front desk was really nice, greeting me and getting me checked in quickly. She explained the best place to park in the garage to give me quick access to my room, and was just a welcoming face after my drive. The "kickback" in the evening was quite good, with pulled pork sliders, mac and cheese, and a really nice salad as well. While I was eating, there were people circling the dining room to clear plates and ask if I needed anything else. The room was spacious, with a comfortable sofa and soft, clean bed. I was happy to find that the air conditioner cooled the room well, and I was able to get a quiet night's rest. I highly recommend the Drury Plaza if you have a business trip to San Antonio.

I am NEVER disappointed in my stay here. The service, the amenities, the location. Everything is always amazing. I will continue to stay here for personal and business travel. I love a consistently great thing!

It was all good . Wish the shuttle , even for a fee , could transport people downtown.

We have stayed at this Drury Inn several times with our two adult children. We love the comfort and space of the suites here. The breakfast and dinner that are served daily are delicious and the staff is courteous and on top of their service game. We plan to stay at this location every time we travel to San Antonio!

I was stuck in NJ with huge flight issues, could not fly into San Antonio- I called and hotel did not care. Missed my check in and now I’m stuck in San Antonio for 2 more nights but will chose a different hotel . I also have a room booked Aug 31 but will probably cnl that room . The hotel is Not helpful at all. I’m so exhausted and extremely unset with this hotel. Julie

This place was 5 minutes away from the airport making my early flight easy to get to. The room was cozy the bed was comfortable the shower water pressure was good the security parking a plus and the customer service was 5 star. My only problem was the room needs to be vacuumed all along the walls. Nice cozy room but those little details can and should be taken care of.

Just relocated to SA and stayed at Drury for a few nights while my new apartment was getting set up. Check-in is a breeze and young lady at the desk is a generally awesome person! Very knowledgeable and efficient at her job! Her smile warmed my day! Needless to say, the hotel and room condition are kept at a very high standard! My room was huge with a living room and mini-bar setup! The pool is refreshing after a hot day in this sun and afterward spending a hour or so poolside, I enjoyed what is called a "kickback" from Drury. It comes with a drink coupon good for 3 alcoholic drinks and since I do not drink it's all great because they have a free soda fountain! Kickback includes sliders, nachos, not dogs and more! Breakfast is just as awesome and held in the same restaurant area. Parking is also very safe and secure in a parking garage and if you are traveling with a trailer, the Holiday Inn next door has an adjoining parking lot suitable for those I've noticed. Overall stay was an amazing "howdy" for me and I will definitely recommend this location to any friends/family coming from out of town!! - Gary

Very nice hotel you get free breakfast and dinner Very far away from the locations of San Antonio areas so not noisy and you get free parking, but it is very busy.

Great location, covered parking, breakfast and afternoon snacks, drinks and popcorn in the afternoon. Older rooms but clean great customer service
