Really enjoyed my stay. I have come here quite a few times to present or attend conferences, but this is the 1st time I have stayed here. Loved my room and awesome service. Great staff. Breakfast was very nice. Great shower pressure! I travel a lot and stay at many hotels for work and this is one of the best hotel stays I have had!

You show this hotel as an 8 excellent!!! It’s disgusting. Dirty carpet, furniture etc
Bathroom granite is coming coming apart at the joints.
You need to have a better rating. Check out the google reviews!!! I would have left but my flight came in at 11pm arrival. Plus no car so I was forced to stay.
Also they don’t have ADA wheelchair accessible transportation from airport to hotel. Please please update your rating of this property! I count on your rating when picking properties

Very limited handicap parking
Other than omelette bar items most items on the breakfast bar were not hot
Disappointing as it appeared to be an advertised feature of the facility

Our family loves Embassy Suites!! Mostly because it’s so clean and the breakfast is always amazing! Which it was, unsurprisingly. As well as the location/accessibility of San Antonio! It felt like everything was 10-15 minutes away. That’s saying a lot for us considering we have 3 kids! The downfall(s) about this specific location is the parking lot. It is quite small and the outside looks pretty outdated. The best way to describe it, is “ugly on the outside, beautiful on the inside”. Basically don’t judge a book by its cover. I also experienced an issue with the concierge. When I went to go check in, he had asked me for my ID and I told him that I had the paper because, I had lost mine and was waiting for it but it was valid. He then asked me for 3 cards that had my name on it. I then asked him if I could give him my social because, that’s a form of identification. He then told me “no, I need a passport or something with your photo on it”. So because I didn’t have that, I went to pull out my cards and by the time I could, he had already charged me and had the room key out. I just didn’t understand why he put me through all of that when I had given him my paper ID in the first place. It felt pointless and irritating. Other than that, we would stay here again and would rate it a solid 7/10.

Overall, I had a good stay; it’s just an older building. So, it smells older. On the other hand, it’s the classic embassy with the cocktail hour, which is nice, and parking is free and easy

Lousy parking. Otherwise, for an old property, it was just fine.
