Hotel is nice, Staff some of them are nice, parking for larger vehicles is horrible. They have an area for larger vehicles but it is filled with smaller vehicles. Stayed here many times but am planning to look at different options going forward

This hotel has several buildings and parking garages. We arrived late in the evening and had a room on a different property that was very difficult to locate. What makes it complicated is that residential homes are mixed in with the hotel’s numerous buildings and the properties look pretty similar at night, hard to differentiate which was the hotel property and which was a residential property. We ended up parking on the street due to parking spaces in garage being too small for a larger suv. The grounds itself are nice. And hotel staff was really nice too. Rooms a bit dated for our taste, but beds were comfy.

Our stay was marred by a cloudy, unclean pool. Our TV did not work and even after they replaced the TV with a different one, it did not work. The hotel complex was very large and you had to take the stairs everywhere. There was an overabundance of stairs with only a few elevators. If you are traveling with older parents or small children, avoid this hotel. Glad we were only there 1 night.

Very, extremely average. Aged property with LOUD pipes, elevator,, and having to pay for parking sucks. The furniture is outdated, and the mattress has worn out springs. Very little interaction with staff makes for poor customer service/ satisfaction.
Over all - over priced.

Loved it. Quiet and in the heart of Old Town San Diego. Dining options galore that you can walk to. Hotel has plenty of parking. Staff was great. Hotel is VERY kid friendly.

Everything is great the only complaint is the parking situation and having to either walk up or down the stairs depending on what floor your on. We were in room 503 so you either have to walk up the stairs a couple of flights or you walk down. Other than that the hotel was very nice and right in the middle of all the excitement.

Incredibly friendly staff at check in. Also very quick and efficient check in and check out.
Would suggest more specific signs. Somewhat confusing getting from the parking to the correct elevators.
Overall outstanding!!!

parking is scarce and for compact cars only, rooms have all amenities but are generally outdated and buildings courtyards poorly maintained.
In my room shutters were broken, poor lighting, small bathroom vanity, and old furniture. good for the price but thats how the majority of hotels are in the area.
